“Everything was honestly perfect!! The room was just right for our visit and every single encounter with every single employee was great!!!! I have nothing negative I could even think of and now will probably try to go to Home 2 Hotels over other hotels due to this visit!!”

“In the end we had a room not fully cleaned and a lot of noise. This has to be the worst experience I have had at a hotel will not be back. The garbage was not emptied and found litter on the floor really ruined my stay. i think the overnight staff did the best they could the fact we had to move at 1am to another room to get away from the noise is unacceptable. Have replied to you with more details, in the end this is in the top 3 of worst nights stay of 1500+ nights of both business and personnel travel. This is not a hotel I wish to return to...”
