One of the front desk ladies was extremely rude and impatient every time we see her. I read other comments and really don’t understand why she’s still employed. Also when I stayed here on the 5th floor, there was nonstop club-level-noise construction on the rooftop, for which I had to wear noise-cancellation headphone for the entire day. When I called about when the construction is scheduled to finish, the front desk was never clear about it, and always seem impatient. For the same price you can stay somewhere else. This property and the Marriott next door are managed by the same team. Stay away!

Everything was good till the first breakfast. I went downstairs with the family to have the breakfast, I walked to grab some omelette, the spoon was mixed with bacon and for a religious reason we don’t eat pork, so I literally grabbed a new plastic spoon to grab me some, as i was scooping, there was a lady came out of the kitchen and literally started screaming at me in front of my family and everyone was there staring at us like we did something wrong. She kept say you can’t do that there is a designated spoon for that, I replied but that was mixed with bacon and I don’t eat pork. She said still don’t do that. I was so mad, and everyone was there said she was wrong and she can’t be doing that. Even there was another guy with his family went to the front desk and reported that incident. We supposed to check out the next day but i had to leave the same day at night because I didn’t even want to see that lady again and get in another horrible experience.

Hospitality at the front desk is disgusting. Specially the African American female with short black hair. No smile and acted like she needed to have a power trip for the moment. This is a customer service profession and she had 0 customer service skills. Instead of creating an argument or being hostile with a situation, she should have been kind and offered a solution to the problem. Very nasty lady. Please send her back to training on how to speak to people.

I don't complain much but this was horrible. The front desk staff was disinterested in anything at all. The bathroom door frame was covered in rust. The shower door had been busted and simply siliconed back in. The track wheel was broke and the door would not slide. We requested an extra blanket and it never showed up. And to top it off, we were overcharged by $30. The one bright spot was the ladies taking care of the breakfast area, they were funny And prompt with keeping up with the food.

Sometimes the Hilton name does not mean a thing. I was staying here for a week and a half. There is a hospital nearby so there was constantly several people in wheelchairs and others also at the hotel long term. Many would leave their doors open so when you walk down the hallway you always felt like you were disturbing them even though it is a public hallway. The rooms were only cleaned every 4th days. When they cleaned the rooms they must not have had any kind of a check list because there was always items that were not replaced such as soap, towels, coffee, etc. So you had to find a housekeeper to ask for something because letting the front desk know was a lost cause. The hotel was never completely full yet the front desk would put guests in rooms next to each other instead of spreading them out a little. Many guest are inconsiderate and don't even try to close their room door quietly, they just let the door slam no matter what time of day. Also the walls were thin so you could hear the guests in the rooms next to you talking, coughing, etc. Lastly, upon coming up the stairs it had a strong odor of marijuana because someone was too lazy to go outside. When you are paying well over $100 a night for a room you should expect more. It is getting to a point where hotels need to start giving out a do's and don't,s list to guests since more thing they are entitled to do what they wish with no regard for others. To finish on a positive note the breakfast and staff running it were excellent.
