O hotel se hospedaram no Homewood Suites enquanto um fim de semana na área de DFW. Na chegada, fomos recebidos por dois membros da equipe que foram acolhedores e rápidos e nos fizeram o check-in e nos forneceram duas garrafas de água e biscoitos. O lobby era muito claro, arejado e limpo e tinha um ótimo perfume também. Fomos colocados no 3º andar, o quarto era tudo o que precisávamos, solicitamos um quarto duplo com sofá-cama. O sofá-cama era um sofá-cama queen-size que eu não estava esperando, mas minha filha de 4 anos estava em seu próprio palácio e ela dormiu a noite toda. Nós todos. Usou as instalações fornecidas e o chuveiro era ótimo, na quantidade certa de pressão e espaço da água. Depois de uma noite tranquila, descemos para o café da manhã por volta das 9h e havia muitas possibilidades de escolha. Cereais, pães, iogurtes, alimentos quentes (linguiça, omelete, batatas) duas máquinas de waffles, quatro tipos de bebidas de café da manhã e chá e café. os funcionários foram simpáticos e é tranquilo à noite. Excelente estadia, eu escolheria este hotel para ficar novamente se estivesse na área.

Este é de alguma forma um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei. Sim, eu sei que é um Homewood Suites, mas é realmente muito bom. Tudo está impecavelmente limpo, e a decoração é feita com perfeição. O café da manhã e a "Recepção do Gerente" (bebidas gratuitas) são a cereja do bolo. Conheço várias pessoas que praticamente moram fora deste hotel a trabalho, e posso ver por que eles falam tão bem - é realmente tudo o que você precisa!

Nos alojamos en el Homewood Suites mientras tomábamos un descanso de fin de semana en el área de DFW. Al llegar, nos recibieron dos miembros del equipo que fueron amables y rápidos, nos registraron y nos proporcionaron dos botellas de agua y galletas. El vestíbulo era muy luminoso, aireado y limpio y también tenía un gran aroma. Nos ubicaron en el 3er piso, la habitación era todo lo que necesitábamos, solicitamos una habitación doble con sofá cama. El sofá cama era un sofá cama tamaño queen que no esperaba, pero mi hijo de 4 años estaba en su propio palacio y durmió bien toda la noche. Todos. Usé las instalaciones proporcionadas y la ducha era excelente, la cantidad justa de presión de agua y espacio. Después de una noche de descanso, bajamos a desayunar alrededor de las 9:00 pm y había mucha variedad. Cereales, panes, yogures, alimentos calientes (salchichas, tortillas, patatas), dos máquinas de gofres, cuatro tipos de bebidas para el desayuno y té y café. el personal era amable y es tranquilo por la noche. Excelente estadía, elegiría este hotel para hospedarme nuevamente si estuviera en la zona.

Este es de alguna manera uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Sí, sé que es un Homewood Suites, pero es muy, muy agradable. Todo está impecablemente limpio, y la decoración está perfectamente hecha. El desayuno y la "Recepción del Gerente" (bebidas gratis) son la guinda del pastel. Conozco a varias personas que prácticamente viven fuera de este hotel por trabajo, y puedo ver por qué hablan tan bien: ¡realmente es todo lo que necesitas!

This is somehow one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Yes, I know it's a Homewood Suites, but it's really really nice. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the decor is perfectly done. The breakfast and the "Manager's Reception" (free drinks) are icing on the cake. I know several people who practically live out of this hotel for work, and I can see why they speak so highly- it really is everything you need!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites whilst taking a weekend break in DFW area. Upon arrival we were greeted by two team members who were welcoming and prompt and getting us checked in and provided us with two bottles of water and cookies. The lobby was very bright, airy and clean and had a great scent too it. We were placed on the 3rd floor the room was everything we needed, we requested a double room with sofa bed. The sofa bed was a queen pull out which I was not expecting but my 4 year old was in her own palace and she slept solid all night. We all. Used the facilities provided and the shower was great just the right amount of water pressure and space. After a restful night we went down for breakfast around 9ish and there was plenty of choice. Cereal, breads, yogurts, hot foods (sausage, omelette, potatoes) two waffle machines, four types of breakfast drinks and tea and coffee.if you are visiting the area I throughly advise you to stay at this hotel every area wad clean all the staff were friendly and it is peaceful at night. Excellent stay, I would chose this hotel to stay again if was in the area.

Infelizmente, esta foi a nossa visita mais curta ao hotel e de longe a melhor experiência de sempre! O voo da nossa família foi cancelado depois que chegamos ao aeroporto no final da noite de domingo. O que tornou ainda pior é que estamos viajando com nosso bebê de 3 meses. Estressado, faminto e cansado, chegamos ao Homewood Suites e fomos agradavelmente recebidos por Justus, Porter e Wiley. Eles imediatamente nos fizeram sentir em casa com sua hospitalidade. Eles foram capazes de atualizar o nosso quarto para que pudéssemos ser mais confortáveis. Abençoou-nos com algumas garrafas de água extras. E o mais importante tirou um tempo para conversar conosco, nos fazer sorrir e rir. Justus até se ofereceu para trazer o pacote para o nosso filho.Hotel sábio. Lindo. Cheira e parece limpo. Não tenho certeza se é um hotel mais recente para a área ou se foi completamente remodelado. Mas foi feito com qualidade. O esquema de cores é neutro e tranquilo. Ter uma cozinha completa era tão conveniente.Nossa família está ansiosa para voltar ao Texas e com certeza ficará aqui.

Lamentablemente, esta fue nuestra visita más corta al hotel y, POR LEJOS, ¡la MEJOR experiencia de mi vida! El vuelo de nuestra familia se canceló después de que llegamos tarde al aeropuerto un domingo por la noche. Lo que lo empeoró aún más es que viajamos con nuestro bebé de 3 meses. Estresados, hambrientos y cansados, llegamos a Homewood Suites y Justus, Porter y Wiley nos recibieron gratamente. Inmediatamente nos hicieron sentir como en casa con su hospitalidad. Pudieron mejorar nuestra habitación para que pudiéramos estar más cómodos. Nos bendijo con un par de botellas de agua extra. Y lo más importante, se tomó el tiempo para conversar con nosotros, hacernos sonreír y reír. Justus incluso se ofreció a traer el pack n play para nuestro hijo.Hotel sabio. Hermoso. Huele y se ve limpio. No estoy seguro si es un hotel más nuevo en el área o si fue completamente remodelado. Pero se hizo con calidad. El esquema de color es neutral y tranquilo. Tener una cocina completa fue TAN conveniente.Nuestra familia espera volver a Texas y sin dudas se quedará aquí.

Sadly this was our shortest hotel visit and BY FAR the BEST experience ever! Our family's flight got cancelled after we arrived at the airport late on a Sunday night. What made it even worse is that we are traveling with our 3 month baby. Stressed out, hungry and tired we arrived at Homewood Suites and was pleasantly greeted by Justus, Porter and Wiley. They immediately made us feel at home with their hospitality. They were able to upgrade our room so we could be more comfortable. Blessed us with a couple extra water bottles. And most importantly took the time out to have a conversation with us, make us smile and laugh. Justus even offered to bring up the pack n play for our son. Hotel wise. Beautiful. Smells and looks clean. I am not sure if it's a newer hotel to the area or if it was completely remodeled. But it was done with quality. Color scheme is neutral and tranquil. Having a full kitchen was SO convenient. Our family looks forward to coming back to Texas and hands down will stay here.

Adorável hotel e adorável equipe da recepção. Kyia foi tão acolhedora e gentil quando cancelamos um voo às 22h30 e precisávamos encontrar um lugar para ficar. O hotel é limpo com uma cama confortável e lençóis e toalhas agradáveis e paz e tranquilidade. Era reconfortante enrolar-se na cama e deixar as tempestades rugirem lá fora. Encantador hotel y encantador personal de recepción. Kyia fue muy acogedora y amable cuando cancelamos un vuelo a las 10:30 p.m. y necesitábamos encontrar un lugar para quedarnos. Lovely hotel and lovely front desk staff. Kyia was so welcoming and kind when we had a flight cancel at 10:30pm and needed to find some place to stay. The hotel is sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and nice sheets & towels and peace and quiet. It was comforting to curl up in the bed and let the storms rage outside. This will be our go-to hotelat DFW.Thank you, Kyia, for being such a lovely person at the end of a very trying day of air travel!

This is a newer hotel in the area. It was very clean, the rooms were well kept. The staff was very friendly. There were some normal signs of wear and tear but not bad. Rooms were also very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

hmmm would give 4 stars, hotel is very clean and service good overall, but breakfast is probably the worse in the US. Management should definitely improve that. Other hotels in the group and in the area have much better breakfast and considering the breakfast is included in the price (you can’t turn it into points if you’re a Hilton member) it sucks twice, because after the first breakfast you will want to just go out for it. And they will not give you the points for that. Personnel is sweet. Some of them could smile or have better welcoming attitude but most of them are really friendly. They have a nice lobby with a cool bar but absolutely nothing is happening there and bar is always closed. Except on Wednesdays when there’s a 2 free drinks event. For restaurants you have to walk 10 minutes south, which is good for exercise. Please don’t ask for the shuttle to go to starbucks, use those legs sometimes. They will take you to Kroger or to any restaurant in the range of 3 miles. And pilots, you got to an airline, so please tip that driver. They count on that to make a living.

My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed everything about it except the breakfast. Most people will enjoy it, but as I am newly vegan, there weren't many options for me. But other than that, the hotel is great and I definitely recommend. I will be returning soon.

Esta não é a primeira vez que me hospedo aqui. Infelizmente, este fim de semana não foi a melhor experiência. Reservei/paguei um fim de semana completo por uma KING STUDIO SUITE, e o que eles nos deram foi uma suíte King pelo mesmo preço. Motivo: o que recebemos, foi eles que receberam. Dirigi 4 horas para chegar lá, cheguei à meia-noite, o check-in foi para o quarto e descobri que não é o que eu reservei e paguei, fiquei surpreso. Essa foi a noite da verificação. No dia seguinte para o café da manhã: Sem café, sem ovos suficientes, sem bacon, muito pouco para um waffle, Ao sair para o dia, pedimos para ter um serviço de quarto limpo, além de toalhas, segunda surpresa quando o cavalheiro no lobby nos informar , que eles não atendem nem limpam quartos por 4 a 5 dias. Eu mencionei a ele que isso é muito sujo, tendo o quarto sujo. Uma vez que eles não atenderam o quarto. Hóspede deixando lixo pelos elevadores e criando um cheiro muito ruim saindo do elevador. O fundo da piscina é todo amarelo. Não vou mais gastar meu tempo nem meu dinheiro neste local. No quarto em que fomos colocados, as mesinhas de cabeceira são tão grandes que toda vez que eu subia, meu lado do buraco da perna se arranhava. Parece que ser um membro do Hilton Honors não tem nenhum valor aqui.

Este é um dos melhores hotéis da região. O edifício é limpo e os funcionários são simpáticos. Eles têm café da manhã e happy hour que são muito bem executados. Definitivamente recomendo este hotel se você tem filhos e quer deixá-los nadar. Meu quarto era muito bom e em boas condições. Eu dormi melhor na cama deles do que tenho em semanas. Recomendo para viajantes a negócios e famílias.

This is not the first time I stayed here. Sadly, this weekend was not the best experience at all.I reserved/paid for a full weekend for a KING STUDIO SUITE, and what they gave us was a King suite for the same price. Reason: what we receive, was they got. Drove 4 hr to get there, made it by midnight, check in went to the room and find out is not the one I reserved and pay for, was a suprised.That was the night of checking. Next day for breakfast: No coffe, not enough eggs, no bacon, very little for a waffle,When stepping out for the day, we ask to have a clean room service, plus towels, second surprise when the gentleman at the lobby inform us, that they do not service nor clean rooms for 4 to 5 days. I did mention to him that this is very unsanitized, having the room dirty. Since they did not service the room.Guest leaving trash by elevators and creating a very bad smell coming out of the elevator. The pool bottom is all yellow. Won't be spending my time nor my money at this location no more. In the room we got put in, the night stands are so big that evrey time I got up my hole side of the leg got scratch. Look like being a Hilton Honors members don"t have any value, here.

Este es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona. El edificio está limpio y el personal es amable. Tienen desayuno y hora feliz que están muy bien ejecutados. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel si tienes niños y quieres dejarlos nadar. Mi habitación era muy bonita y estaba en buenas condiciones. Dormí mejor en su cama que en semanas. Muy recomendable para viajeros de negocios y familias por igual.

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. The building is clean and the staff is friendly. They have breakfast and happy hour that are really well executed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve got kids and want to let them swim. My room was very nice and in good condition. I slept better on their bed that I have in weeks. Highly recommend for business travelers and families alike.

Desde a primeira viagem de transporte do aeroporto com John até a viagem de volta ao aeroporto com Wiley, a equipe foi acima e além para fornecer um ótimo serviço. No check-in, Lena foi extremamente simpática e nos deu recomendações de coisas para fazer na área.O hotel parece com as fotos. É mais novo, inaugurado em maio de 2021 e a equipe está fazendo um ótimo trabalho mantendo-o mantido. Nosso quarto (328) era muito espaçoso, mesmo como uma suíte de estúdio e perfeito para compartilhar com meus melhores amigos para nossa viagem de fim de semana. Como a maioria dos locais de Homewood, tinha uma cozinha completa com pratos etc. A decoração no lobby e os quartos eram modernos e bonitos. O lugar parecia limpo. A academia era legal. O café-da-manhã de cortesia era decente, com os alimentos básicos, como waffles, torradas, muffins, ovos cozidos, ovos mexidos, salsicha, iogurte e batatas. Funcionou para colocar algo em seu estômago, mas há outros restaurantes a menos de 800 metros também (Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's etc.)A cama era tão CONFORTÁVEL! Eu dormi como um bebê todas as noites. Não tenho nenhuma queixa. Se você está pensando em reservar este hotel e precisa voar por DFW com um serviço de transporte gratuito, recomendo o Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South.

Como la mayoría de los lugares de Homewood, tenía una cocina completa con platos, etc. La decoración del vestíbulo y las habitaciones era moderna y bonita. El lugar se sentía limpio. El gimnasio estaba bien. El desayuno de cortesía era decente, con alimentos básicos como gofres, tostadas, muffins, huevo cocido, huevos revueltos, salchichas, yogur y papas. Funcionó para poner algo en tu estómago, pero también hay otros restaurantes dentro de media milla (Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's, etc.)¡La cama era tan CÓMODA! Dormí como un bebé cada noche. No tengo quejas de ningún tipo. Si está pensando en reservar este hotel y necesita volar a través de DFW con un servicio de transporte de cortesía, le recomiendo Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South exceeded my expectations for the full stay! From the first airport shuttle ride with John to the ride back to the airport with Wiley, the staff went above and beyond to provide great service. At check in, Lena was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do in the area.The hotel looks like the pictures. It is newer, opened in May 2021 and the staff is doing a great job keeping it maintained. Our room (328) was very spacious, even as a studio suite and perfect for sharing with my best friends for our weekend trip. Like most Homewood locations it had a full kitchen with dishes etc. The decor in the lobby and rooms were modern and pretty. The place felt clean. The gym was nice. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with the basic foods such as waffles, toast, muffins, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and potatoes. It worked to put something on your stomach, but there are other restaurants within a half mile too (Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's etc.)The bed was so COMFORTABLE! I slept like a baby each night. I have no complaints whatsoever. If you're thinking of booking this hotel and need to fly through DFW with a complimentary shuttle, then I recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South.

O hotel e a equipe são incríveis. Estou aqui há quase 2 semanas. Minha estadia foi fantástica. Embora eu só dê uma classificação de quatro em cinco estrelas. Só pelo simples fato de cobrarem $50 por hora pelo simulador de golfe. Isso é um absurdo! Ah, e a piscina não é aquecida. Fora isso, é um lugar maravilhoso para ficar na cidade. El hotel y el personal son increíbles. He estado aquí por casi 2 semanas. Mi estancia ha sido fantástica. Aunque solo le daré una calificación de cuatro de cinco estrellas. Solo por el simple hecho de que cobran $ 50 por hora por el simulador de golf. ¡Eso es absurdo! Ah, y la piscina no está climatizada. The hotel and staff are amazing. I have been here for almost 2 weeks. My stay has been fantastic. Although I will only give it a four out of five star rating. Only due to the simple fact that they charge $50 per hour for the golf simulator. That is absurd! Oh and the pool isn’t heated. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay in town. Convenient access to the Cowboys/Rangers stadium which is maybe a 8-10 minute drive, 5 minutes to the train station for quick access to downtown Dallas…

Nuevo y muy tranquilo, además de estar cerca del aeropuerto. Llegar a los ascensores es un poco complicado, pero las habitaciones son preciosas y el precio fue una ganga.

New and very quiet, while also being close to the airport. Getting to the elevators is a bit convoluted, but the rooms are gorgeous and the price was a steal.

Hotel novo e tão perto do aeroporto, é um ótimo local. Em 10 minutos você pode deixar o hotel, abastecer o carro alugado e chegar ao centro de aluguel de carros. Muito conveniente. O proprietário precisa corrigir a entrada do hotel no Google Maps, mas as instruções estão erradas, pois não há estrada que leva à frente do hotel.

Hotel nuevo y tan cerca del aeropuerto que es un gran lugar. En 10 minutos puede salir del hotel, cargar gasolina en el coche de alquiler y llegar al centro de alquiler de coches. Muy conveniente. El propietario debe corregir la entrada al hotel en Google Maps, está dando las instrucciones incorrectas ya que no hay una carretera que conduzca al frente del hotel.

Me encantó la cocina y que el dormitorio estaba separado por una puerta de la sala de estar principal. Gran vista con 3 ventanas en la cocina / sala de estar y otra en el dormitorio. Sin quejas.

Loved the kitchenette and that the bedroom was separated with a door from the main sitting area. Great view with 3 windows in the kitchen/sitting area and another in the bedroom. No complaints.

Brand new hotel and so close to the airport it is a great spot. In 10 min you can leave the hotel, get gas on the rental car and get to the rental car center. Very convenient. Owner needs to correct the entrance to the hotel on Google Maps thou, it's giving the wrong instruction as there is no road leading to the front of the hotel.

O centro de fitness é excepcional para o tamanho do hotel. O café da manhã é muito adequado e abundante de café, chá quente, sucos, leite e outras bebidas disponíveis. A única coisa notável sobre o hotel é que ele está diretamente na rota de partida dos aviões que decolam para o sul no aeroporto DFW. Não importa em que lado do hotel você esteja, você ouvirá o ruído dos aviões se os aviões estiverem partindo para o sul. Muito bom hotel em geral.

El gimnasio es excepcional para el tamaño del hotel. El desayuno es muy adecuado y MUCHO café, té caliente, jugos, leche y otras bebidas disponibles. Lo único notable del hotel es que está directamente en la ruta de salida de los aviones que despegan hacia el sur en el aeropuerto DFW. No importa en qué lado del hotel se encuentre, escuchará el ruido de los reactores si los aviones parten hacia el sur. Muy buen hotel en general.

Fitness center is exceptional for size of hotel. Breakfast is very adequate and PLENTY of coffee, hot tea, juices, milk and other beverages available. Only thing about the hotel that was notable is it is directly in the departure path for aircraft taking off to the south at DFW Airport. No matter which side of the hotel you are on, you will get jet noise if aircraft are departing south. Very nice hotel overall.

Estamos neste hotel há alguns dias e até agora tudo bem. Belo hotel com belos quartos. A piscina é grande e tem um grande círculo de rochas bronzeadoras com 10 centímetros de profundidade. Antes de chegar não tínhamos ideia do que esperar, pois não havia fotos dele, mas quando passei por ele vi o balão agora aberto e a placa de breve ainda estava na frente, então percebi que não tinha fotos por ser tão novo. Descobri que foi inaugurado em maio. O quarto é espaçoso e muito agradável. A equipe foi ótima e amigável. Definitivamente, o recomendo para quem procura um hotel para estadias prolongadas. Máquina de lavar louça grande e completa com todos os pratos e geladeira com fogão. Tem tudo que você precisa e nós temos um bebê e mais 3 filhos incluindo uma criança com necessidades especiais. 5 estrelas!

Hemos estado en este hotel por unos días y hasta ahora todo bien. Hermoso hotel con hermosas habitaciones. La piscina es grande y tiene un gran círculo de rocas bronceadoras de 4 pulgadas de profundidad. Antes de llegar a él, no teníamos idea de qué esperar, ya que no hay fotos de él, pero cuando lo pasé, vi el globo ahora abierto y el letrero de próximamente estaba todavía en el frente, así que me di cuenta de que no tiene fotos debido a que es tan nuevo. Descubrí que acaba de abrir en mayo. La habitación es espaciosa y muy bonita. El personal ha sido excelente y amable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque un hotel para estadías prolongadas. Lavavajillas grande y completo con todos los platos y heladera con anafe. Tiene todo lo que necesita y tenemos un bebé y 3 niños más, incluido un niño con necesidades especiales. ¡5 estrellas!

We have been at this hotel for a few days now and so far so good. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. The pool is big and has a pretty large tanning rock circle in it 4 inches deep. Before coming to it we had no idea what to expect since there is no pictures of it but when I drove by it I saw the now open balloon and the coming soon sign was still in front so I realized it has no pics due to it being so new. Found out it just opened in May. The room is spacious and very nice. The staff has been great and friendly. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an extended stay hotel. Large, full dishwasher with all the dishes and refrigerator with cooktop. Has everything you need and we have a baby and 3 more kids including a special needs child. 5 stars!
