Great location right in downtown. Walkable to restaurants, Founders Brewing, and more. Parking in the garage was $35. Only issue we had was there was some kind of Mad Max-ish car battle going on on the street below us until 3am which made keeping kids asleep (not to mention us) almost impossible. All in all, very nice, good location, but not very restful.

Facilities are nice. Great location. 1 staff member was particularly abrasive - although right to enforce rules and requirements - you should work on your delivery. Zingermans training and some meditation may help. The guests aren’t trying to make you miserable- Promise. Rest of staff very pleasant and helpful.

Localização incrível em um edifício histórico em Grand Rapids. Perto de tudo o que pode caminhar em qualquer lugar da cidade, o que é ótimo. A equipe foi ok como teve de ver pessoas da recepção três vezes para obter uma chave para trabalhar para a entrada e saída para garagem. A garagem é um pouco cara em comparação com o resto das garagens na área, mas o hotel oferece acesso de entrada e saída, o que é bom. O quarto era perfeito para minha esposa e eu com nosso bebê, pois ele tinha uma cama na sala de estar e tínhamos nosso quarto privativo. Poderíamos cozinhar o que era bom, mas o maior positivo foi ter uma geladeira grande depois de visitar o Fulton Street Farmers Market e o Holland Farmers Market. Ficaria aqui novamente se tivesse criança conosco apenas pelo espaço dos quartos

Impresionante ubicación en un edificio histórico en Grand Rapids. Cerca de todo lo que se puede caminar a casi cualquier lugar de la ciudad, lo cual es excelente. El personal estaba bien, ya que tuvo que ver a la gente de recepción tres veces para obtener una llave para trabajar en la entrada y salida del garaje. El garaje es un poco caro en comparación con el resto de los garajes de la zona, pero el hotel proporciona acceso de entrada y salida, lo cual es agradable. La habitación era perfecta para mi esposa y yo con nuestro niño pequeño, ya que tenía una cama en el área de la sala de estar y teníamos nuestra habitación privada. Pudimos cocinar, lo cual fue agradable, pero lo más positivo fue tener una nevera grande después de visitar Fulton Street Farmers Market y Holland Farmers Market. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si tuviera un niño con nosotros solo por el espacio de las habitaciones.

Awesome location in a historic building in Grand Rapids. Close to everything that can walk just about anywhere in the city which is great. The staff was okay as had to see front desk people three times to get a key to work for the in and out for garage. The garage is a little pricey compared to rest of garages in area, but hotel does provide in and out access which is nice. Room was perfect for my wife and I with our toddler as he had a bed in the living room area and we had our private bedroom. We could cook which was nice, but biggest positive was having a full size fridge after visiting the Fulton Street Farmers Market and the Holland Farmers Market. Would stay here again if had kid with us just for the space of the rooms

Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o incrível atendimento ao cliente que experimentamos durante a nossa estadia! Justin era estelar! Meu marido e I recentemente se hospedaram no Homewood Suites no centro de Grand Rapids. Houve alguns problemas com a temperatura no nosso quarto. O gerente assistente, Justin, não apenas tirou 1 de 2 noites da nossa conta, mas também atualizou nosso quarto. Ficamos muito agradecidos por seu incrível atendimento ao cliente e certificando-nos de que estávamos felizes. O hotel era muito bom, limpo e na localização perfeita para a arena, restaurantes e lojas. Muito feliz com a nossa estadia!

Este é um hotel incrível. Localização perfeita com tudo a uma curta distância. O quarto em que ficamos era lindo, limpo e confortável. O atendimento ao cliente foi de primeira qualidade desde a recepção, recepção até o serviço de alimentação. 100% recomendo este hotel e com certeza ficaremos novamente. Este es un hotel increíble. Ubicación perfecta con todo a poca distancia. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era preciosa, limpia y cómoda. El servicio al cliente fue de primera categoría desde el frente, el escritorio hasta el servicio de alimentos. Recomiendo 100% este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos nuevamente. Gracias a todos los que hacen que sea un establecimiento impresionante.

Mi marido y yo nos alojamos recientemente en el Homewood Suites en el centro de Grand Rapids. Hubo algunos problemas con la temperatura en nuestra habitación. El subgerente, Justin, no solo descontó 1 de 2 noches de nuestra factura, sino que también mejoró nuestra habitación. Estamos muy agradecidos por su increíble servicio al cliente y por asegurarse de que estuviéramos felices. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we experienced during our stay! Justin was stellar! The breakfast was great, rooms were clean and we love that all rooms have a little kitchen with a residential size fridge! Love this place and I only stay here when I travel to GR!

My husband & I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in downtown Grand Rapids. There were some issues with the temperature in our room. The Assistant Manager, Justin, not only took 1 of 2 nights off our bill, but he also upgraded our room. We were very thankful for his amazing customer service & making sure we were happy. The hotel was very nice, clean, & in the perfect location to the arena, restaurants & shops. Very happy with our stay!

This is an Amazing Hotel. Perfect location with everything within walking distance. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The customer service was top notch from the front, desk to the food service. 100% recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again. Thank you to all who make it an awesome establishment.

I love staying at Homewood when we are in town. Spacious rooms (tall ceilings and kitchenettes, giving an apartment-like feel), friendly, accommodating staff. Clean. Excellent location- we can walk to many places around town. The biggest rub (like many others have mentioned) is the $33 a day to park at the hotel. That really is ridiculous. We paid less to park at Tigers opening day at Comerica this year and got the added bonus of seeing a baseball game. If the parking situation were different I would give 5 stars.

Muito bom hotel. A suíte era espaçosa e bem equipada, caso tivéssemos escolhido cozinhar. Localização conveniente, a uma curta distância de muitos lugares. A única desvantagem é que o termostato está na área do quarto amoroso e os 2 quartos opostos não têm controles separados de aquecimento / resfriamento. O quarto estava frio 🥶 à noite quando a porta do quarto estava fechada.

hotel muy bonito La suite era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada si hubiéramos elegido cocinar. Ubicación conveniente, a poca distancia de muchos lugares. El único inconveniente es que el termostato está en el área de la sala de estar y los 2 dormitorios opuestos no tienen controles de calefacción/aire acondicionado separados. La habitación estaba fría 🥶 por la noche cuando la puerta del dormitorio estaba cerrada.

Very nice hotel. The suite was roomy and well equipped should we have chose to cook. Convenient location, walking distance to many places. The only downside is the thermostat is in the loving room area and the 2 opposing bedrooms don't have separate heat/cooling controls. Room was cold 🥶 at night when the bedroom door was closed.

Un hotel decente pero mediocre por el precio. Se negaron a igualar a Priceline, que era un 50 % más barato. El estacionamiento cuesta $ 38 por día, lo que es absolutamente un aumento de precios criminal. El garaje de la ciudad al otro lado de la calle costaba $ 6 por día. El edificio es un laberinto de pasillos oscuros y el vestíbulo no es tan agradable. El desayuno consiste en huevos en polvo de motel interestatal de calidad inferior, papas ore-ida y salchichas Jimmy Dean con una máquina de gofres. Solo me quedaría si fuera más barato que otros, de lo contrario elegiría un hotel diferente en el centro de Grand Rapids.

A decent hotel but mediocre for the price. They refused to match Priceline which was 50% cheaper. The parking is $38 a day which absolutely is criminal price gouging. The city garage across the street was $6 a day. The building is a warren of dark hallways and the lobby is not that nice. front desk staff were fine but cold-where was that local Midwestern over the top niceness I traveled here for? The room i stayed in was really interesting-high ceilings, original hardwood floors but no outside windows. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room could be improved: dusty and moldy shower, etc. I liked having a microwave and fridge. Pool is good and heated. Breakfast is substandard interstate motel powdered eggs, ore-ida potatoes and Jimmy dean sausages with a waffle machine. Would only stay if cheaper than others, otherwise will pick a different hotel in downtown Grand Rapids.
