I wish I could give them 0 stars. This hotel accused me of smoking in my hotel room and I DID NOT! THEY CHARGED ME $200.48 FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. I called to dispute the charge and the manager was so rude and hung up on me. I saw a mouse when I was walking to my car at 4am to smoke. I asked them to check their camera but no. They saw the tobacco in the trash and assumed I smoked. They are liars. I only live 30 minutes away and got the room because I had to take a shower and change after I setup for a wedding I know the rules and followed them. I left my room at roughly 10am after eating my leftover spaghetti so there is no way I smelled from being outside at 4am. The staff saw tobacco in the trash and assumed. Weed is legal. There were people smoking it in the hotel outside area after the wedding. OUTSIDE! I really regret staying here. The bride had an issue as well and when I was checking in, two gentlemen had an issue with their bill. They will take your money and you can't dispute it with your bank. Please don't stay at this hotel! I want my money back!

Waited 15 minutes for hot water, finally, settled on luke warm. Roofing the entire time, hammers banging all day. No apologies, discount, or conciliatory comments. The buffet breakfast.....meh'. But the restaurant staff were very nice. Bed was nice. Bathroom and kitchen were nice size. Furniture is rock hard, (no joke) hotel furniture. Most of the staff are helpful. Employees need an attitude adjustment.

I stayed here and the lobby gives FREE water bottles out. However if you come back late don’t expect that treatment. I pleased with the receptionist trying to get a water for my incapacitated friend with no help. Disappointed for in the hospitality.

At first glance this hotel seemed nice and clean, however when I woke up in the morning I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I was able to take a video and show it to the front desk, who told me that a manager would come down to my room shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I received a phone call from the front desk informing me that there would be no hotel management on site due to the holiday, but one would call me to discuss the refund I requested. I have now called on two separate occasions asking to speak with management, only to be informed that my information had been passed on to hotel management and they would contact me at their convenience. Not only did I pay $250 for one nights stay, but I also had to throw away all of our food, and have our belongings bug bombed. Do not stay at this hotel, and do not be fooled by what appears to be a clean, upscale setting. The person at the front desk was very kind and understanding, but obviously he is the only one who cares, as management seems to have disregarded my complaint.

Pros: excellent location if you need to be in Orland Park. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning is strong, staff is friendly and decent small pool. Cons: breakfast is very mediocre with barely any options. If you stay more than 2 days it will get very boring. Biggest con is housekeeping barges in without announcing it or knocking so put your door chain on! Room on first floor had ants.

Fresh fruit was mush-- recommend bypassing the "Free" (limited to a few items) breakfast and eat at a nearby breakfast restaurant.

I don't like that check in was at 3 p.m. and i had to be gone the next day at 11. For a room well over $200, I should have at least been admitted a 24 hour stay. I had a wonderful experience however and everything was so clean.

Eu estava lá por uma estadia de 20 dias. Quando cheguei, fui recebido pela recepção que tudo parecia estar ótimo. Recebi um documento da minha empresa que dizia o básico para a minha estadia. Neste artigo também declarei acomodação em hotel para aqueles que trabalham no turno da noite, como eu. Descobri que essa é uma ótima maneira de comunicar, garoto, que estou errada. Nesse tempo que eu não estive lá nenhuma vez ouvi falar da arrumação. Eu ainda tenho os e-mails para mostrar a falta de comunicação. Fora isso, o hotel foi "reformado recentemente" a cama era muito desconfortável, a água quente no banheiro não funcionava, a conexão Wi-Fi era muito ruim. Em última análise, eu não recomendaria este hotel se lá por um longo tempo.

Estuve allí para una estancia de 20 días. Cuando llegué, la recepción me recibió, todo parecía estar genial. Mi empresa me entregó un documento en el que se indicaban los aspectos básicos de mi estancia. En este documento también se mencionó el alojamiento en hotel para aquellos que trabajan en el turno de noche, como yo. Descubrí que esta es una excelente manera de comunicarme, chico, ¿me equivoqué? En este tiempo que estuve allí, ni una sola vez escuché del servicio de limpieza, incluso tengo los correos electrónicos para mostrar la falta de comunicación. Aparte de eso, el hotel fue "recientemente renovado", la cama era muy incómoda, el agua caliente en el área del baño no funcionaba, la conexión Wi-Fi era muy pobre. En última instancia, no recomendaría este hotel si estuviese allí durante mucho tiempo.

I was there for a 20 day stay. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk everything seemed to be great. I was given a paper by my company that stated basics for my stay. On this paper also stated hotel accommodation for those working night shift such as my self. I found this to be a great way to communicate boy was I wrong. In this time I was there not once did I hear from housekeeping I even have the emails to show the lack of communication. Outside of that being that the hotel was "newly renovated" the bed was very uncomfortable,the hot water in the bathroom area didn't work, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Ultimately I would not recommend this hotel if there for a long time.

As acomodações eram modernas e limpas. O quarto era espaçoso e tinha tudo que você precisa para uma estadia prolongada, incluindo triturador de lixo, lava-louças, refrigerador de tamanho normal. O quarto era muito limpo, confortável e relaxante. O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi satisfatório e o café era bom. Todos que encontramos eram amigáveis. Esta fue la primera vez que nos alojamos en un Homewood Suites. Sin duda, nos volveremos a alojar en otras Homewood Suites si todas son como esta. Tuvimos un registro fácil y amistoso. El alojamiento era moderno y limpio. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía prolongada, incluido un triturador de basura, un lavaplatos y un refrigerador de tamaño normal. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y relajante. El desayuno gratuito era satisfactorio y el café era bueno. Todos los que nos encontramos fueron amables. Definitivamente una buena relación calidad-precio considerando que hemos pagado más por menos en otros hoteles. Sin duda nos volveremos a alojar allí y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que pregunte.

This was our first time staying in a Homewood Suites. We will definitely stay at other Homewood Suites if they're all like this one. We had an easy friendly check in. The accommodations where Modern and clean. The room was spacious and had everything you would need for an Extended Stay including garbage disposal, dishwasher, regular size refrigerator. The room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and the coffee was good. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Definitely good value considering we have paid more for Less in other hotels. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Enquanto o quarto em si era bom. A cama era horrível. Foi flexível e duro. Estávamos acordando a cada hora porque era muito desconfortável. Além disso, definitivamente não era uma cama king size. O hotel é muito caro O HVAC não funcionou bem e não foi reparado conforme solicitado. O quarto era muito pequeno e claustrofóbico. Havia cerca de 18 "entre a cama e as paredes. O café da manhã teria sido muito melhor no McDonalds. A gerência precisa sair e verificar sua propriedade e seus serviços. Obviamente, eles não têm café da manhã lá.

1st of all I never got to stay in the Room I reserve the Room 2 weeks prior to me coming in town for a jobConference at 12 reservations were for 25th at 12 noon With the kitchen had family with me also front deskDid not even acknowledge my reservations at all said there was no rooms available at that time So I took it a few blocks up to the Hampton which I will be getting back at Hilton for this inconvenienced problem that I experienced. with wow troublehotel ,They don't even honor reservations being Hilton you need to be off the map Hamptonjust poor service , Which this was all accommodated from my job so I will be meeting someone to explain whathappened with the reservation !

The hotel is very overpriced The HVAC did not work well at all and it was not repaired as requested. The bedroom was very small and claustrophobic. There was about 18" between the bed and the walls. Breakfast would have been much better at McDonalds. Management needs to get out and check their property and it's services. Obviously they do not have breakfast there.

While the room itself was nice. The bed was horrible. It was springy and hard. We were waking up every hour because it was so uncomfortable. Also it was definitely not a king size bed. Also it seemed pretty overpriced for what it was. Over $250 for a single night when we’ve stayed downtown in something way nicer for way less. It just wasn’t worth the cost. They really need to upgrade the beds, sheets and blankets. Especially for that price.
