Overall ok. Biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub being closed and staff said it’ll be closed until at least a few months from now. All the booking sites including their own website are very misleading. They should’ve updated this info online. Room is clean and front desk employees are friendly, these are great! Breakfast was ok. Parking is $41 per day. We stayed for 4 nights. It was $300+ per night stay for us, I’d say it’s not the best value, especially with the spa and pool being closed.

I like to workout when I am traveling.The fitness center was closed and the front desk said they did not know when it would open up again.The website made no mention of the fitness center being closed. At breakfast the next morning there were what appeared to be homeless people eating the complimentary breakfast.The suite was nice and roomy and we liked the close proximity to the Union Market District..

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Homewood Suites. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação de metrô mais próxima, mas eles têm serviço de traslado disponível durante o dia. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos. Ficamos realmente impressionados com o café da manhã, pois eles serviam uma comida quente diferente a cada dia. Eles também fizeram um excelente trabalho mantendo-o abastecido mesmo no final da hora do café da manhã. Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis.

Suítegrande e super confortável.Cozinha completa com vários utensílios que facilitamrápidas refeições. Nem sempre hálimpeza de quartoou troca de toalhas,ficando a desejar nesse quesito, pois jáhavia lixo a recolher, do hóspedeanterior. Localização um pouco afastada, distante 18 minutos da estação de metrô. Há opções de restaurantes e mercado nas proximidades.

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites. It is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, but they have a shuttle available during the day. The employees were all friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the breakfast, as they served a different hot food each day. They also did a great job keeping it stocked even towards the end of breakfast time. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Se ou quando eu voltar para D.C., ESTE é o lugar onde ficarei. Há tantos elogios que eu poderia dar a este hotel. Desde poder cozinhar (fogão elétrico) e usar uma máquina de lavar louça, até a disponibilidade de uma geladeira top/freezer padrão, o hotel ainda oferecia refeições de café da manhã todas as manhãs e não apenas frutas e cereais, mas ovos, batatas, salsichas, rabanadas , dinamarqueses, suco, (dependia muito do dia). Além do que acabei de mencionar, a equipe é adorável e receptiva a quaisquer problemas. Os botões não estavam ligando o fogão e depois de informar o concierge, eles LITERALMENTE levaram APENAS 3,5 minutos para responder (como eu cronometrei). Para mim, em um hotel tão grande, ISSO É RÁPIDO!!! Vou recomendar a todos os meus amigos para ficar neste hotel!

If or when I return to D.C., THIS is where I will stay. There are so many praises I could give this hotel. From being able to cook (electric stove) and use a dishwasher, to the availability of a standard top/freezer refrigerator, the hotel even offered breakfast meals every morning and not just fruit and cereal, but eggs, potatoes, sausage, french toast sticks, danishes, juice, (it really depended on the day). On top of what I just mentioned, the staff is lovely and responsive to any issues. The knobs were not turning on the stove and after informing the concierge, it LITERALLY took them ONLY 3.5 mins to respond (as I timed them). To me, in a hotel this large, THAT IS FAST!!! I will recommend all of my friends to stay at this hotel!

Escolhemos este hotel para nossa primeira visita a DC, e eu ficaria aqui um milhão de vezes novamente. Desde o início o gerente Angie foi maravilhoso e acolhedor. Ela nos deu exatamente o quarto que precisávamos, e o restante da equipe também foi maravilhoso. O quarto era lindo, muito bem mobiliado e com uma cozinha muito conveniente, com tudo o que precisávamos para cozinhar uma boa refeição. O café da manhã era simples, mas na medida certa, e o serviço de traslado foi uma das comodidades mais convenientes, além da localização. Estávamos exaustos depois de passar o dia todo fora, e voltar para o hotel era sempre um prazer. Muito obrigado por ser nossa casa por 5 dias, nos veremos novamente no próximo ano!

Deshaun, the front desk customer service representative was inviting, engaging and helpful. The other staff members were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The hallways and elevators needed some attention, not filthy but not clean. The breakfast was not good, the bacon, turkey sausage, eggs and french toast sticks were cold and the creamer selections for coffee were disappointing. But the location was great, close to multiple public transportation options to get downtown, plus on site parking, I would recommend to my family and friends.

We chose this hotel for our first visit to DC, and I would stay here a million times again. Since the beginning the manager Angie was wonderful and accommodating. She gave us exactly the room that we needed, and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. The room was beautiful, very nicely furnished and with a very convenient kitchen with everything we could need to cook a good meal. Breakfast was simple but just right, and the shuttle service was one of the most convenient amenities, besides the location. We were exhausted after spending all day out, and coming back to the hotel was always a pleasure. Thank you so much for being our home for 5 days, we will see you again next year!

Por onde começo - acho que o maior motivo é devido à pessoa da manutenção entrar em nosso quarto. Ele bateu e nós estávamos na cama - nós pulamos e declaramos... que estávamos chegando. Meu marido (apenas de cueca - mal vestido) levantou-se rapidamente quando ele estava entrando. A primeira resposta do homem da manutenção foi "por que você não disse nada?" - quando dissemos que sim - ele começou a ENTRAR!!! ele tinha toalhas - eu tinha um roupão leve. Meu marido disse a ele para colocar as toalhas na área da cozinha. Ele passou por ele e os colocou na mesa - meu marido teve que ficar na frente dele porque ele estava tentando me ver! Ele então começou a dizer "ok, então são 4 toalhas para o quarto blá blá blá" - eu me senti totalmente violada e insegura! eu queria ir embora!!! Depois que meu marido me tranquilizou - porque ele estava tentando manter a calma - finalmente nos sentimos melhor. Colocamos o ferrolho na porta e então houve outra batida! Esta batida era arrumação. Nós novamente, dissemos a eles que estávamos no quarto - mas aparentemente ela não nos ouviu e começou a entrar! Graças a Deus tivemos o parafuso morto neste momento. Desta vez ligamos e reclamamos. Eles nos disseram que levariam US$ 40 do quarto.O quarto não era o mais limpo. A cadeira tinha uma tonelada de manchas e a fronha tinha uma mancha. A única razão pela qual a pontuação não é menor é porque as senhoras da recepção foram simpáticas e o hotel estava em uma ótima localização para o evento que fomos. Eu nunca vou ficar novamente embora.

Where do I start - I think the biggest reason is due to the maintenance person coming into our room. He knocked and we were in bed - we jumped up and stated...we were coming. My husband (in underwear only - barely dressed) stood up quickly as he was walking in. The first response from the maintenance man was "why didn't you say anything?" - when we said we did - he proceeded to COME IN!!! he had towels - I had on a light robe. My husband told him to place the towels down in the kitchenette area. He proceeded to walk past him and set them on the table - my husband had to stand in front of him because he was trying to see me! He then started saying "ok, so that is 4 towels for room blah blah blah" - I felt totally violated and unsafe! I wanted to leave!!! After my husband reassured me - because he was trying to keep his cool - we finally felt better. We placed the dead bolt on the door and then there was another knock! This knock was housekeeping. We again, told them we were in the room - but apparently she didn't hear us and started walking in! Thank goodness we had the dead bolt on at this time. This time we called and complained. They told us they would take $40 off the room. The room was not the cleanest. The chair had a ton of stains on it and the pillowcase had a stain on it. The only reason the score isn't lower is because the front desk ladies were nice and the hotel was at a great location to the event we went to. I will never stay again though.

Check in was fine, the rooms nicely laid out with a kitchen and work desk, as well as a pull out bed. Unfortunately, the fire alarm’s batteries were dying, so it kept beeping, a loud, sharp chirp. The front desk said they could put in a work ticket, but as they didn’t have any service personnel, they couldn’t do anything. What kind of hotel doesn’t have someone available to fix things overnight?I had to ask for batteries, which they then did not even bring up to the room. The batteries didn’t stop the alarm from sounding, so we had to go back downstairs and ask for a different room.Hardly a comfortable or homey experience for a family who has been out traveling all day and just wants to rest.

Aunque el desayuno y las instalaciones no están mal, el sofacama para el huésped adicional es fatal, estuvimos tres noches y a mi hijo le tocó dormir en el piso , solo le dieron un colchón adicional la última noche, ni siquiera hablando con la gerente le dieron una solución aceptable al problema.
