À direita da 270. Local perfeito no meio do caminho para nossas viagens Myrtle Beach-Albany. Eles finalmente recomeçaram o café da manhã normal. rabanada, ovos, cereais, frutas, aveia, café...etc. quarto foi até padrão e nice e se refrescar quando orientado. Se hospedaram no passado. 2D e sofá-cama são perfeitos para nossos 6 membros da família.

Right off 270. Perfect halfway spot for our Myrtle Beach-Albany trips. They've finally started normal breakfast back up. French toast, eggs, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, coffee....etc. room was up to standard and nice and cool when we walked in. Have stayed in the past. 2D and sofabed is perfect for our 6 family members.

Ficamos aqui todos os anos e sempre adoramos o hotel. No entanto, tivemos dificuldade em verificar desta vez. A mulher insistiu que mostrássemos a ela o cartão de crédito (que foram meus pais que reservaram o quarto) e ele já preencheu um formulário pessoalmente afirmando que não precisa estar lá quando chegarmos para usar o cartão. Eu disse a ela que já fiz check-in no aplicativo, mas estava esperando minha chave carregar. Ela diz que não vai funcionar a menos que meu pai venha fisicamente e nos dê seu cartão de crédito. Já havíamos passado por isso muitas vezes anos atrás, mas desde que ele preencheu a dispensa, tudo bem. Enquanto ela continuava falando, a chave do meu quarto carregou e eu fiz o check-in e ela me entregou águas por ser um membro prata. Ela parecia muito irritada comigo e não foi o acolhimento que eu esperava depois de dirigir 9 horas.

Eu estava um pouco cético especialmente depois de ler alguns dos comentários negativos, mas estou feliz por ter ido em frente e fiquei aqui de qualquer maneira. A recepção da recepção para o turno da tarde foi ótima. Esqueci de pegar o nome dela, mas ela foi tão simpática e prestativa que me senti muito bem-vinda. O quarto estava limpo e a seleção de café da manhã era um pouco mínima, mas eu certamente não esperava um café da manhã completo. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente na minha próxima viagem a Gaithersburg!

Uma Revisão Simples Contexto: -Reservei 2 quartos por 5 noites. -Liguei para o gerente da propriedade para esclarecimentos sobre avaliações anteriores -Sou um membro Diamond da HiltonExperiência: - Cheguei às 4:28 e um quarto não estava pronto e me disseram que o check-in às 15h não é uma garantia - Recebi um quarto acessível, pois não havia ETA do meu quarto pronto -O AC no quarto não resfriou o quarto até 24 horas completas -Ambos os quartos tinham um odor que nunca saiu durante toda a estadia. Um quarto cheirava a peixe e o outro a ar viciado. Eu tinha arrumação e a recepção faz repetidas tentativas de consertar a situação -o chuveiro não escoava - havia uma escassez de toalhas, portanto, para nossas últimas noites de estadia, nenhum dos quartos tinha suprimentos de toalhas suficientes para todos nos banharmos adequadamente (isso foi depois de pedir ajuda à recepção) -os cães acima de nós latiam por horas sem perder o ritmo. Isso acontecia por 3 dias sempre que o proprietário saía. (Pedi ajuda na recepção) -elevador parecia ter manchas de urina animal - o AC do corredor não estava funcionando -vizinhos gritando a noite toda no quarto que não tinha os cachorros -a Internet funcionou por 3 dos 5 dias. Tivemos que usar nossos telefones para conectar a outros dispositivosFuncionários: -A equipe foi gentil e pronta para ajudar. -A equipe simpatizou com as preocupações, mas não teve ajuda para nenhuma das situações acima -Liguei para o balcão do Diamond Service e pedi uma possível transferência para outra propriedade e desligaram na minha cara após uma ligação de 55 minutosConclusão: Já morei em países estrangeiros e entendo que essas reclamações são mínimas no âmbito da humanidade, porém se você procura uma experiência… acredito que essa não seja a experiência hoteleira que você procura. Eu vim a este local para férias para uma escapadela de aniversário e, infelizmente, lamento esta decisão. Se você é uma família que fica mais algumas noites, acredito que a equipe é muito gentil e lhe dará uma boa experiência, mas a propriedade em si eu classificaria mais perto de uma experiência Best Western Plus e não uma experiência Hilton.

We stay here every year and always love the hotel. We had a hard time checking this time however. The woman insisted we show her the credit card (which was my dads who booked the room) and he has already filled out a waiver in person stating he does not need to be there when we arrive to use his card. I told her I already checked in on the app but was waiting for my key to load. She says it won’t work unless my dad physically comes and gives us his credit card. We had been through this many times years ago but since he filled the waiver it had been fine. While she kept talking, my room key loaded and I was checked in and she handing me waters for being a silver member. She just seemed very irritated with me and it wasn’t the welcoming I expected after driving 9 hours.

A Straightforward Review Context: -I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. -I called the manager of the property for clarification about earlier reviews -I am a Diamond Member with Hilton Experience: -I arrived at 4:28 and one room was not ready and was told that the 3p Check-in is not a guarantee -I was given an accessible room since there was no ETA of my room being ready -The AC in the room did not cool the room till a full 24 hours -Both rooms had an odor that never left throughout the entire stay. One room smelled of fish and the other one of stale air. I had housekeeping and the front desk make repeated attempts to fix the situation -the shower did not drain -there was a towel shortage therefore for our last nights stay neither room had enough towel supplies for us to all bathe properly (that was after asking the front desk for assistance) -the dogs above us barked for hours without skipping a beat. This happened for 3 days whenever the owner would leave. ( I did ask for front desk assistance) -elevator looked to have had spots of animal urine -the AC in the hallway was not working -neighbors screaming throughout the night in the room that did not have the dogs -the Internet worked for 3 of the 5 days. We had to use our phones to tether to other devices Staff: -The staff was kind and ready to help. -The staff sympathized with concerns but had no help for any of the above situations -I called the Diamond Service desk and asked for a possible transfer to another property and they hung up on me after a 55 minute phone call Conclusion: I have lived in foreign countries and understand that these complaints are minimal in the scope of humanity, however if you are looking for an experience… I believe this is not the hotel experience you are looking for. I came to this location for a vacation for a birthday getaway and unfortunately I do regret this decision. If you are a family staying over a couple of nights, I do believe the staff is very kind and will give you a good experience, but the property itself I would rate closer to a Best Western Plus experience and not a Hilton experience.

I was a little skeptical especially after reading some of the negative reviews but I am glad I went ahead and stayed here anyways. The front desk reception for the PM shift was great. I forgot to get her name but she was so friendly and so helpful I felt very welcomed. Room was clean and breakfast selection was a little minimal but I certainly didn’t expect a full breakfast spread. Would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Gaithersburg!

Quartos com cozinha completa, fogão de convecção portátil podem ser emprestados na recepção ou trazer o seu próprio. A geladeira de tamanho normal, super. A equipe muito útil. Café da manhã, boa variedade, em tempos normais, um dos melhores, mas atualmente vítima de problemas na cadeia de suprimentos.

Não costumo deixar comentários, mas devo dizer que a recepção Nikki foi INCRÍVEL! Ela foi tão agradável, gentil, prestativa e fez todos os seus convidados se sentirem como um milhão de dólares! Ela foi tão complacente e fez isso com tanta graça e um sorriso! Voltarei 100% por causa desse funcionário maravilhoso!

First off… we were charged a accidental charger of $100 dollars and wasn’t told. When we noticed the transaction the same day, we reached out and called them immediately. The first call, it rung for awhile and then an voicemail. When hung up and called right back. Followed the steps to speak to someone that handles the billing issue. They were going to refund us the $100 but told me it would be faster to speak to the first desk. They forward us to the front desk. When speaking with Diamond( who was extremely rude to me) she express that the charge was for accidental. When I questioned why wasn’t this told at check in she stated they don’t tell the customer that. I told her that’s very misleading on the pricing. Everytime I would speak she would over-talk me. I express to her that she was coming off rude to me and ask for manager and their name. She told me her name however express that they don’t know her schedule and I can come to the front desk to speak with her. She said it very aggressively. It’s was threatening. I asked about her supervisor and she said he will be there at 11pm.I than hung up and came to the front desk to get this matter resolved. When I express to him aboutwhat was going on (Diamond ) approached the front desk and just stared at me hurst. She didn’t say anything but gave this threateningstare. She went to the main doors and started at the supervisor and swatted her hand towards me. I’m extremely disappointed in my stay and customer service. I will not be staying her again. Please think twice before staying. I wish I can post the pictures for my stay. Overpriced!!!!!!

Rooms with full kitchen, portable convection stove can be borrowed at front desk, or bring your own. The full sized fridge, super. Staff very helpful. Breakfast, good variety, in normal times, one of the best, but currently a victim of supply chain issues.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say the front desk Nikki was AMAZING! She was sooo pleasant, kind, helpful, & made all of her guest feel like a million bucks! She was so accommodating and did it with such grace and a smile! I will 100% be back because of this wonderful employee!

Reservei um quarto aqui depois que meu apt inundou. Tive alguns problemas com eles dispostos a aceitar a cobrança do seguro dos meus locatários, apesar de alguém falar com o gerente Paul Skee uma hora antes de eu chegar.A equipe da recepção se recusou a receber o pagamento por telefone e alegou que não tinha ideia de como funcionava o processo para que o seguro assumisse o faturamento e quem entrar em contato com a Hilton. Para encurtar a história, meu filho estava começando a ter tremores devido à necessidade de comer e tomar seus remédios noturnos e comecei a ficar preocupado. Eu então disse a eles para cancelar a reserva (infelizmente tive que gritar quando eles não aceitaram meu pedido falado) e simplesmente saí.Este não é o lugar que você quer estar se estiver incapacitado e temporariamente desabrigado devido ao deslocamento de sua casa.

Booked a room here after my apt flooded. Had some issues with them being willing to accept my renters insurance billing despite someone speaking with their manager Paul Skee an hour before I arrived.Front desk staff refused to take payment via phone and claimed they had no idea how the process worked for insurance to take over billing and who to contact with Hilton. Long story short my son was starting to have tremors due to needing to eat and take his night meds and I began to get worried. I then told them to cancel the reservation (unfortunately had to yell when they wouldn’t just accept my spoken request) and just left.This is not the place you want to be if you are disabled and temporarily homeless due to being displaced from your home.

Estuve alojado 2 meses por motivos laborales y me hicieron sentir casi casi como en casa. La comida está bien, las instalaciones están limpias y ordenadas, las habitaciones (estuve en una de las suites con cocina y salón-comedor) son muy agradables, y lo mejor son sus empleados, siempre amables y serviciales, especialmente Liz, Maria, Wilson y Paul! Gracias!
