Este hotel es muy encantador y está en una hermosa ubicación. Hay senderos que rodean el hotel, y me encanta el puente cubierto por el que pasas para entrar. El vestíbulo principal es agradable y acogedor. Además, el personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Necesitaba acostar a mi bebé para que durmiera la siesta y me permitieron salir inusualmente tarde y no me hicieron sentir culpable por preguntar. Mi único inconveniente fue que nuestra habitación no estaba muy bien cuidada y estaba un poco sucia (el fondo de la bañera era marrón). Aparte de eso, realmente disfruté de nuestra estancia.

Este hotel é muito charmoso e em uma bela localização. Há trilhas ao redor do hotel, e eu adoro a ponte coberta que você dirige para entrar. O lobby principal é acolhedor e acolhedor. Além disso, a equipe foi extremamente simpática e acolhedora. Eu precisava deitar meu bebê para tirar uma soneca e eles me deixaram fazer um check-out tardio incomum e não me fizeram sentir culpada por perguntar. Minha única desvantagem foi o nosso quarto não era muito bem conservado e um pouco sujo (o fundo da banheira era marrom). Fora isso, gostei muito da nossa estadia.

This hotel is very charming and in a beautiful location. There are trails surrounding the hotel, and I love the covered bridge you drive under to enter. The main lobby is cozy and welcoming. Additionally the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed to lay my baby down for a nap and they let me have an unusually late check-out and didn't make me feel guilty for asking. My only drawback was our room wasn't very well kept up and a little dirty (the bottom of the tub was brown). Other than that I really enjoyed our stay.

Room was dirty. Dishes were dirty. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. They gave me another room and the bathroom had used towels and washcloths littered around as if no one cleaned this room either. 0/10 will never go back

Grande espaço para meu filho correr. Quarto tranquilo e área para mim e minha família. Com certeza, ficaria novamente, eles estarão nos meus favoritos, a única coisa que não gosto foi que meu calor no quarto não acendia e, com um bebê pequeno, tenho que garantir que ele seja bom para mim, mas deixamos passar. maravilhoso e o cara que me registrou muito profissional e fez um ótimo trabalho !!!!

Gran espacio para que mi hijo corra. Habitación y área tranquila para mí y mi familia. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo, estarán debajo de mis favoritos, lo único que no me gustó fue que mi calefacción en la habitación no se encendía y con un bebé pequeño tengo que asegurarme de que esté bien conmigo, pero lo dejamos pasar aparte de eso ¡maravilloso y el tipo que me atendió muy profesional e hizo un gran trabajo!

Big space for my child to run. Quiet room and area for me & my family. I would definitely stay again they will be under my favorites, the only thing I dislike was my heat in the room didn't come on and with a small infant I have to make sure his good b4 me but we let it pass other then that wonderful & the guy that checked me in very professional & did a great job!!!!

Quarto era limpo e confortável e os funcionários foram simpáticos. Perto de lojas e restaurantes na área. Os problemas menores incluíam o desligamento da esteira no meio da corrida na sala de ginástica, o que é perigoso, a água não quente o suficiente para preparar um bom banho e a política de solicitação de serviço de quarto 24 horas por dia não foi explicada no check-in. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente, mas com tantas opções na área, posso considerar outros também.

Parece ser uma boa pousada no momento da reserva. Mas quando chegamos descobrimos que eles tinham mudado nosso quarto e eu acredito que a chave digital ainda estava definida para o quarto original, então durante todo o fim de semana a chave digital funcionou, então não funcionou, então funcionou, então não funcionou, e o difícil as chaves fornecidas pareciam ter sido colocadas apenas para um dia, então eu voltava para a mesa quase todas as vezes que precisava ter acesso ao meu quarto.O quarto era uma suíte completa, mas o quarto continha uma cama e uma cômoda ... nenhum lugar para colocar a bolsa além do chão. Travesseiros pareciam velhos e sem forma. Pareciam ser interruptores de luz que não faziam nada para fora da sala e o ventilador de teto no quarto não tinha como ajustar a velocidade, então estava ligado ou desligado - derrotando os benefícios de um ventilador de teto.Pode dar a esta pousada outra chance na próxima vez que estivermos na área, mas atualmente não os vejo como um bom exemplo da marca Hilton.

Appears to be a nice inn when making reservation. But when arriving found they had changed our room and I believe the digital key was still set for the original room, so all weekend long the digital key worked then it didn't, then it did, then it didn't, and the hard keys provided seemed to only be set for one day, so I walked back to the desk just about every time I needed to gain access to my room. Room was a full suite, but the bedroom contained a bed and a dresser ...no place to set the bag other than the floor. Pillows seemed old and lacked form. Appeared to be light switches that did nothing through out the room and the ceiling fan in the bedroom had no means to adjust the speed, so it was on high or off - defeating the benefits of a ceiling fan. May give this inn another chance next time we are in the area, but don't currently see them as good example of the Hilton brand.

Driving home from a Florida vacation and stayed here, the place was so nice we decided to stay an extra day and night, great staff, breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel good coffee was hot, room was very clean, however only 20 cable channels for $130 night, I would definitely like more channels when I'm paying that much money to stay at a hotel

Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. Minor issues included treadmill shutting off mid-run in fitness room which is dangerous, water not being hot enough for long enough to draw a nice bath, and policy of 24hr request for room service wasn't explained on check-in. I would stay here again but with so many choices in the area I might consider others as well.

Fiquei aqui por 5 dias. Nem uma vez meu quarto foi limpo. Vi uma barata no primeiro e no terceiro dia. Tinha nats no quarto constantemente. Está 50 ° fora e meu ac está definido para 68, mas nenhuma vez ele ficou mais frio do que 70. Metade dos utensílios estava suja quando cheguei aqui. Eu verifiquei com alguém que estava hospedado no primeiro andar e no primeiro dia eles também tinham uma barata no corredor. O lugar é um buraco. Agora eu entendo que meu pessoal está rindo quando eu disse que ficaria aqui.

Stayed here for 5 days. Not once did my room get cleaned. Saw a cockroach the first and third day. Had nats in the room constantly. Its 50° out and my ac is set to 68 but not once has it gotten colder than 70. Half the utensils were dirty when I got here. I checked with someone else staying on the first floor and day one they also had a cockroach on the hall. Place is a hole. Now I get my people we’re laughing when I said I was staying here.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay. Great location nestled in the woods in a great area with great restaurants close by. Hote was in great condition and very clean. This is my new go-to place when in the area.Please note, I'm never happy with hotels. Thanks for breaking that trend.
