Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh

Where the storied three rivers meet in downtown Pittsburgh, your own story begins at Hotel Monaco. Housed in a striking 1903 building in the Central Business District across from Mellon Square Park, our boutique hotel has a playfully bold design that’s unafraid to make a statement. Across 248 guest rooms, 13 suites, and 11,300 square feet of meeting space, you’ll see curiously charming touches, like golden birdcage chandeliers, while many of our 13 suites boast separate living rooms with sleeper sofas, soaking tubs and views of the city skyline. Travellers can enjoy a pleasant stay in one of the 248 rooms. Amenities include a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. Among the culinary options available at the hotel are a restaurant, a dining area and a bar. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the establishment. Facilities include room service.

“Beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, despite of staying on a busy week for a conference. I liked that they had travel size personal hygiene items available in case you forget something. I ended up needing a deodorant and a lint roller and they were able to provide those for me. The in-room services menu is very limited, but the food was good. I must agree with the other reviewers, the items are overpriced. Overall, a nice stay.”

“Beautiful room. Incredible hotel. Awful service. Stay at the no-tel motel for better service. 98% open tables in restaurant and they told us no open tables. Stay anywhere but here. Downtown on the point is so much better. Let this place slide on by if you see it has available rooms.”
