“Os quartos precisariam de uma reforma, nosso banheiro não funcionava bem ao dar descarga, o botão estava pendurado para que permanecesse e dava descarga o tempo todo. Precisei pedir ajuda duas vezes. Esse tipo de coisa deve funcionar. Pense que deveria haver uma chaleira e um frigobar em uma sala por esse preço, você nem sempre quer descer todo o caminho para pegar água para chá.”

“Very nice staff; all were helpful and friendly.Rooms and facilities were clean and pleasant.The dinner buffet was average and breakfast was good. 2nd night's hamburgers were rather poor, cheap bulk burgers served on stale bread. The potatoes were good, on the other hand, so overall disappointing.The pasta salad that we bought to bring along with our group (there were 30 of us) was smaller than most appetizers and not sufficient.Rooms that had windows out towards the nightclub were noisy Friday and Saturday night. Thankfully it wasn't too warm because opening a window would have been difficult to sleep. A bit surprised that the only relief for too warm a room was a fan guests were invited to borrow from reception. Would hate to stay had the weather been warm.”
