“El personal de recepción, Zach, es una persona realmente maravillosa e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y cuidados. Admiramos enormemente su capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas a muchos invitados a la vez, sin dejar de ser calmado, amable e impresionantemente eficiente. Desafortunadamente, tuvimos una interacción negativa con nuestro valet, pero Zach resolvió completamente el problema y nos aseguró que él mismo se haría cargo de nuestro automóvil. Ese hombre sabe cuidar a sus invitados.”

“Qué. Gran propiedad !!!! El personal es amable y conocedor. La propiedad y las habitaciones están limpias. Muchos elementos están bien pensados. Las toallitas en la entrada cuando entras. Loción y jabón de manos real en el lavabo, gel de baño real, champú y acondicionador en la ducha. Cómodo sofá y mesa de café a juego con la decoración. ¡¡¡¡¡Las camas!!!!! Uno de los más cómodos en los que he dormido, incluido en un resort de 5 estrellas. La nevera en la esquina es un gran toque al igual que las batas y la esterilla de yoga en el armario. También la verruga de la pared en el costado de la mesa de al lado. Mi nuevo debe permanecer correctamente en Seattle.”
