“I was so hopeful when initially booking this hotel, the family was in desperate need of a getaway. Come to find out this place isn’t worth the money at all. I’m giving it two stars because we had a place to stay for the night and maybe I don’t have as much right to complain but I spent over $200 more like $300 after whatever money they need to hold which will be refunded I guess, just for ONE NIGHT. I wouldn’t mind if I felt like the money was well spent. This place smells, it’s not the cleanest, the pool is not open because of corona so don’t even waste the time. One of the TVs in the living room didn’t work which I called about just to be told there won’t be anyone in until the next day(check out is 11am) tell me what’s the point of fixing it then?? The light switches don’t all work, the bathroom doesn’t lock and the bathroom light works when it wants to. Save your money and book the less expensive place. I booked this place because of the reviews and have no idea how this place rated so well. I’m very disappointed I’m only here for one night and I will not be back. SAVE YOUR MONEY, I couldn’t even wait to post this till after we were gone. We are still here, Hope check out is a breeze tomorrow they should have moved us to another room and compensated or something they have no excuse because of all of this corona hassle there are plenty of vacancies.”

“Eu estava tão esperançoso quando inicialmente reservei este hotel que a família precisava desesperadamente de uma escapadela. Venha descobrir que este lugar não vale o dinheiro. Estou dando duas estrelas porque tínhamos um lugar para passar a noite e talvez eu não tenha tanto direito de reclamar, mas eu gastei mais de $ 200 a mais como $ 300 depois de todo o dinheiro que eles precisam manter que será reembolsado, eu acho , só por uma noite. Eu não me importaria se sentisse que o dinheiro foi bem gasto. Este lugar cheira, não é o mais limpo, a piscina não está aberta por causa da corona, então nem perca tempo. Uma das TVs da sala de estar não funcionava, e liguei apenas para saber que não haveria ninguém até o dia seguinte (check-out são 11h) me diga qual é o ponto de consertá-la então ?? Nem todos os interruptores de luz funcionam, o banheiro não trava e a luz do banheiro funciona quando quer. Economize seu dinheiro e reserve o lugar mais barato. Reservei este lugar por causa dos comentários e não tenho idéia como este lugar classificado tão bem. Estou muito desapontado por estar aqui apenas por uma noite e não voltarei. ECONOMIZE SEU DINHEIRO, mal podia esperar para postar isso depois que partíssemos. Ainda estamos aqui, espero que o check-out seja uma brisa amanhã eles deveriam ter nos mudado para outro quarto e compensado ou algo que eles não têm desculpa por causa de toda essa confusão de corona, há muitas vagas.”
