“Upon arrival they sent us to our room and the room was not cleaned it was very dirty and bed was not made!!! For a hotel of this price range this shouldn’t be happening!!! Will never stay here!! Who know maybe you don’t even disinfect the rooms! With this pandemic we cannot take chances!! The lady at the front desk didn’t want to give us a refund because her manager wasn’t there. We called our credit card and are disputing the charge”

“Stayed here in the middle of June. Decent hotel. A little shocked that there wasn't a kitchenette for the price we paid. Certain staff members were friendly & helpful. Had a hiccup w/my bill, but after the 3rd employee I notified assisted me... he provided a logical answer & the issue was all taken care of. The room itself was clean. Just wish the bathroom had been a tad bit larger. The food was actually really good. I think the breakfast needs to include guacamole and pico every day though. Had a prob. w/the biker group coming in. They'd blare their music at 12 at night.Which honestly wasn't the hotels fault. Just wish the girl at the front had told them to turn it down sooner.”
