Very beautiful accommodations great staff they went out of the way I needed a microwave in my room and they went out of their way to get me one and I'd recommend it to anybody who wanted a A1 stay this is the place Hyatt place

Equipe muito rude! O pessoal entrou em meu quarto sem ser convidado e sem avisar. O gerente me informou que seu colega de trabalho invasivo ficou ofendido. Os quartos são limpos na instalação é excelente. A equipe vai deixar você com uma experiência desagradável e inesperada. Eu não recomendo.

Very rude staff! The staff entered my room uninvited and unannounced. The manager informed me that this invasive coworker of his was offended. The rooms are clean n the facility is great. The staff will leave you with an unpleasant, unexpected experience. I do not recommend.

Fui prontamente saudado educadamente quando entrei no saguão. O cheiro do hotel era acolhedor e cheirava bem. Reservamos um quarto familiar para mim, meu parceiro e 4 crianças. Quando entramos na sala, ela não tinha odores ruins e parecia muito grande para uma família. Nós solicitamos toalhas extras e tal da arrumação e eles rapidamente e gentilmente recuperaram o que precisávamos. Há um bar ao qual não fomos, mas as crianças utilizaram a piscina. Eles pareciam satisfeitos (idades de 10 e 13). Ficamos no quarto 620 e tínhamos uma vista de nosso veículo e da área arborizada nos fundos. O banheiro é compacto, mas a pressão da água é excelente. Seu xampu e condicionador de cortesia cheiravam bem e deixavam meu cabelo limpo e macio. As cortinas se fecharam completamente sem nenhuma falha de luz e o ar-condicionado funcionou bem. Se estiver muito alto, basta desligar o ventilador do termostato. As camas eram uma boa mistura de firmes, mas macias. Cada cama tinha 3 travesseiros e cheirava a garrafa de água sanitária limpa. Há um mini-frigorífico, mas não um congelador no interior. Os corredores estavam limpos e os elevadores estavam em boas condições de funcionamento. Todos que encontramos no prédio foram muito simpáticos também. Obrigado pela agradável estadia!

Me saludaron rápidamente y cortésmente cuando entré al vestíbulo. El olor del hotel era acogedor y olía muy bien. Reservamos una habitación familiar para mí, mi pareja y 4 niños. Cuando entramos en la habitación, no tenía malos olores y parecía bastante grande para una familia. Pedimos toallas extra y cosas por el estilo del servicio de limpieza y rápidamente y gentilmente recuperaron lo que necesitábamos. Hay un bar al que no fuimos, pero los niños utilizaron la piscina. Parecían satisfechos (de 10 y 13 años). Nos alojamos en la habitación 620 y teníamos una vista de nuestro vehículo y la zona boscosa en la parte de atrás. El baño es compacto, pero la presión del agua era excelente. Su champú y acondicionador de cortesía olían muy bien y dejaron mi cabello limpio y suave. Las cortinas se cerraron completamente sin espacio de luz y el aire acondicionado funcionó bien. Si es demasiado fuerte, simplemente apague el ventilador del termostato. Las camas eran una buena mezcla de firme pero suave. Cada cama tenía 3 almohadas y olía a botella de lejía limpia. Hay una mini nevera pero no congelador dentro. Los pasillos estaban limpios y los ascensores funcionaban bien. Todos los que encontramos en el edificio también fueron muy amables. ¡Gracias por la agradable estadía!

I was promptly greeted politely when I entered the lobby. The hotel scent was welcoming and smelled great. We booked a family room for myself, my partner and 4 kids. When we entered the room it had no bad odors and seemed plenty big for a family. We requested extra towels and such from the housekeeping and they quickly and graciously retrieved what we needed. There is a bar which we did not go to, but the kids did utilize the pool. They seemed satisfied (ages 10 and 13). We stayed in room 620 and had a view of our vehicle and the wooded area out back. The bathroom is compact, but the water pressure was excellent. Their complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled great and did leave my hair feeling clean and soft. The curtains closed fully with no light gap and the ac worked well. If it’s too loud just turn down the fan on the thermostat. The beds were a good mixture of firm yet soft. Each bed had 3 pillows and smelled bleach bottle clean. There is a mini fridge but not freezer inside. The halls were clean and the elevators were in good working order. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly as well. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Ótimo hotel. Os quartos são espaçosos. Eu podia facilmente ver uma família de quatro pessoas confortavelmente espalhada e não esbarrar uma na outra com a forma como o quarto foi projetado. Tinha uma boa cozinha compacta e área de estar, em seguida, uma área de quarto. O sofá era puxável, então provavelmente caberia uma família maior também.Tivemos um problema com o quarto e a manutenção surgiu dentro de 15 minutos para consertar. Que ótimo serviço!O café da manhã estava incluído, mas não era tão inspirador, em vez disso, me aventurei em muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância do hotel. Muitas opções de comida nas proximidades.

Gran hotel. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas. Podía ver fácilmente a una familia de cuatro cómodamente distribuida y no chocar con el diseño de la habitación. Tenía una bonita zona de cocina y sala de estar y luego una zona de dormitorio. El sofá era un sofá, por lo que probablemente también podría caber una familia más grande.Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y el mantenimiento surgió en 15 minutos para solucionarlo. ¡Qué gran servicio!El desayuno estaba incluido, pero no fue tan inspirador, en lugar de eso, me aventuré a visitar los numerosos restaurantes a poca distancia del hotel. Great hotel. The rooms were spacious. I could easily see a family of four comfortably spread out and not bump into each other with how the room was designed. Had a nice kitchenette and living room area then a bedroom area. The couch was a pull out so probably could fit a larger family too. We had an issue with the room and maintenance came up within 15 minutes to fix. What great service! Breakfast was included but it wasn’t that inspiring, instead I ventured out to the many restaurants within a short distance of the hotel. Lot’s of food options nearby.
