“Disappointed with this Hyatt (this was our third Hyatt on our road trip from Texas, so very easy to compare to others. Room smelled like skunk as soon as we walked in. Sheets smelled like smoke and there was mold on the shower curtain. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Woman working in the kitchen / cleaning in the lobby had a terrible attitude that created very negative engery for everyone (I overheard her being rude to 3 different people and she basically scowled at me when I tried to cheer her up by smiling at her). The staff working the front desk were very kind and helpful but hard to see them through the cloud that this other woman created around her. Moving on quickly to hopefully a better Hyatt experience at our next stop.”
