“This was my 1st visit here and I along with my family really enjoyed it! I encountered a “small” problem and went to report it to the front desk and met the lovely Hannah! She did NOT waste time solving the problem at all! She was very professional and eager to help me the best way possible! After talking to her my SNL and I actually shared personal life experiences with her and she with us.... As a person that works with the public myself- I really really appreciated how Professional she was and showing us Excellent bed side manners and overall a nurturing spirit... It is definitely people like Hannah that make us as Customers definitely want to use the Hyatt again! “The hotel is nice, but do NOT rely on the airport shuttle. We were told repeatedly (after 4 separate calls) that it was on its way.We finally gave up and hired a taxi after waiting over an hour.I asked the staff to consider adjusting our bill upon checkout, but they said we will call you and of course never did.They also assessed a standard $50 "damage fee" and said it shouldcome off after a few days )which it did after I inquired about it. The breakfast was adequate,in comparison to most hotels at this time.”
