“The worst Hyatt I've stayed at, the down blanket had a total of like 10 feathers, I was freezing cold, a few times throughout the night I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it. I asked the front desk for another blanket and they were rude, only offered a jail blanket rather than another down comforter, this is how they treat their gold members in Columbus. Is it worse than a motel 6... no, but for one of the best rooms in the building and being a loyalty member, there isn't too much of a difference.”

El recepcionista fue muy generoso, incluso nos ofreció un paraguas para que lo usáramos por la noche porque había una tormenta de lluvia cuando salíamos. También en el último minuto necesitábamos extendernos para una salida tardía y pudieron honrarlo. Definitivamente recomendado y volvería a reservar.”
