“Everything was exceptional EXCEPT Cecil, the guest services guy. I have never had someone be so rude and carry on yelling at me for his mistake. He should not be the face of guest services. The check in was easy and the gal was amazing even shared her fan because it was so hot outside. The room was great and the breakfast was phenomenal!”

“Great for young families? Not so much. Rooms were standard. Lacking on square footage, but well maintained. My family was here for a dance competition that the hotel was hosting which didn't end until 4pm on a Sunday. We were traveling with a baby, so we called ahead to ask for late checkout on Sunday as our baby would need to nurse several times and take a nap before the competition ended at 4pm. We were told on the phone when making the reservation that we could have late checkout and that they were putting a note on our file. Generally, hotels don't have a huge influx of guests on Sunday, so I've never had a late checkout denied anywhere else before. On day of checkout, the front desk staff were not able to accommodate our request even after speaking with the manager. Speaking as a parent of two, traveling with kids (especially a baby) can be tough. It would be nice if these larger hotel chains could accommodate families a little better.”
