“Nice hotel, however the front desk should be very clear on rules and restrictions. My boyfriend checked in at 3am .. paid $152.00 thinking he was paying for the night, however they called him to check out at 12pm.. when asked why the front desk didn’t warn or at least advise him that he had to check out at 12pm, manger said it’s not their obligation.. well whose obligation is it to advise customers what they are getting into? So disappointing.. and tasteless , I work in customer service as well and I know what I must tell customers.. he basically paid money for nothing.. if he would’ve known that he would’ve at least paid for early check in.. however it was no accommodations done what so ever ... very disappointing”

“The worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. May as well been a Motel 6 and even they would be better. The girl at the front was nice. No vending machines for drinks or snacks. Not even a complimentary water in the room. I had to leave the hotel to get a Coke. The y had none. Hotel sold snacks only at outrageous prices. Raised the incidental fees to 50.00 a day and between them and Expedia, I was being over charged. Spoke to Customer service and now I have to wait to clear it all up. Worst experience in a hotel since a roach infested motel when I traveled years ago. Stay somewhere else if you want to enjoy your stay.”

Nice hotel, however the front desk should be very clear on rules and restrictions. Very nice up to date rooms Excellent customer service I will be returning The only issue there were the 2 loitering guys parked on the backside of the parking lot selling bbq which I'm sure was with no permits

The worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. May as well been a Motel 6 and even they would be better. The girl at the front was nice. No vending machines for drinks or snacks. Not even a complimentary water in the room. I had to leave the hotel to get a Coke. The y had none. Hotel sold snacks only at outrageous prices. If you are a family with children I would not recommend !!! The manager at this establishments name is NATE- He failed tremendously to accommodate my family by allowing his staff to place us in a non kid-friendly unit. He was also very rude and unprofessional which ultimately made my family and I VERY UNCOMFORTABLE... We decided to find a different hotel and we’ll never return. The other two ladies who worked front desk during our stay were helpful and friendly, thank you! Nate, learn some customer service skills and professionalism before you call yourself a quality general manager.

Great location, very nice staff, clean rooms. I really like the high ceilings. Our room had a fridge. The bathroom had great lighting which for some reason other hotels don't offer. They have three settings so if you want low lighting you can be happy as well. The breakfast was really great even for me as I got there just as they were closing it down.
