Vimos 4 novos hóspedes aparecerem para fazer o check-in após 32 minutos, desistir de esperar e caminhar até o motel ao lado. Tive que implorar 4 vezes para até mesmo obter toalhas e lençóis para o nosso quarto. Não há toalhas disponíveis para a área da piscina. E a coisa mais horrível que uma senhora veio pedir um quarto diferente porque as camas e os lençóis tinham insetos. Ela recebeu lençóis limpos. Não que não houvesse mais 4 andares disponíveis e todos os hóspedes não ocupariam 1 andar. Bar de café da manhã com 45 minutos de atraso. Nunca, em meus 40 anos de viagens, ouvi tantos convidados reclamar, fique chateado. Eu nunca escrevi sobre qualquer motel, hotel, pousada ou pousada na minha vida, mas isso é uma vergonha total. Lamento sentir a necessidade de postar isso, mas esta terá declarações muito mais piores do que as minhas.

Absolutely sad employees & MANAGER could care less if people are even here. Watched 4 new guests show up to check in after 32 minutes give up waiting and walk to motel next door. Had to beg 4 times to even get towels & sheets for our room. No towels available for pool area. And the most horrible thing a lady came to lobby asking for a different room because both beds and sheets had bugs. She was offered clean sheets. Not like there wasn't more available 4 floors and all guests would not fill 1 floor. Morning breakfast bar 45 minutes late. I never in my 40 years of traveling heard so many guests complain, get down right upset. I have never wrote about any motel, Hotel, inn or B&B in my life but this is a total embarrassment. I am sorry to feel the need to post this but this one will get far more worse statements than mine.

Declaramos aqui para um torneio de beisebol que o hotel era novo, limpo e localizado em uma área muito agradável, perto de quase qualquer restaurante ou loja que você possa precisar. Dijimos aquí para un torneo de béisbol que el hotel era nuevo, limpio y ubicado en una zona muy bonita cerca de casi cualquier restaurante o tienda que pueda necesitar. El personal era amable y servicial. La piscina era agradable y tenía una zona de ejercicios decente. También tienen una bonita zona de estar al aire libre.

We stated here for a baseball tournament the hotel was new clean and located in a very nice area close to almost any restaurant or store you could need. The staff was friendly and helpful pool was nice and had a decent workout area. They also have a nice outdoor seating area.

The hotel is really nice EXCEPT my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to the front desk and she said that she sprayed it with something, but when I came back from dinner I couldn’t tell it had been sprayed at all. She said that they were completely booked up, so I with the smell all night and was very uncomfortable.
