“Easy access to interstate, many good eating places nearby, friendly staff. Loved the breakfast. Only negative; room, though clean, had very bad odor, even after spraying with room disinfectant.”

“Wow. Just wow. Went from Globalist to blue...was this because I complained? Don't let them give you room 123. The air unit is so loud. Go stand by your a/c outside, then imagine that IN your room. Made it imposaible to sleep well. Won't go back. This location does not meet Hyatt standards. Minus stara if I could. EDIT: Yeah, so concerned it took them 11 months to respond.”
