Overall we had a positive experience. However the air conditioning is loud in the room. Also because it's a wall mounted unit you can hear outside noise through it. Although with COVID still being an issue having this type of AC unit is definitely better than central climate control. Staff was friendly. And the continental breakfast was better than average. Rooms (we had 2) were clean.

Hyatt Place em Ontário é um bom lugar para ficar o tempo todo. Há um shopping próximo (a pé) e o aeroporto fica a menos de 1,6 km de distância. A equipe está em conformidade com os regulamentos do CDC. Os quartos são muito limpos e higienizados. As camas são confortáveis e cheiram a limpo. Este tem sido o meu hotel "ir para" ao voar para fora do Aeroporto de Ontário por muitos anos e eles são incríveis e nunca deixam de me fornecer um ótimo serviço ao cliente.

Hyatt place in Ontario is a good place to stay at all times. There's a near by mall (walking distance) and the airport is less than a mile away. The staff complies with CDC regulations. The rooms are very clean and sanitized. The beds are comfy and smell clean. This has been my "go to" hotel when flying out of Ontario Airport for many years and they're amazing and never fail to give me great customer service.

Minha filha e eu tínhamos reservas em um hotel diferente, mas o quarto do hotel era tão fedorento e ruim que saímos e fomos para o Hyatt Ontario Mills / Rancho Cucamonga. A atendente da recepção, Gigi, no Hyatt estava ao telefone quando entramos, mas ela fez uma pausa e nos cumprimentou mesmo assim e imediatamente nos fez sentir bem-vindos. Ela terminou a ligação rapidamente e perguntou como poderia nos ajudar. Explicamos sobre o hotel anterior e ela nos ofereceu um pouco de água mineral. O Hyatt estava lotado, mas ela disse que faria o possível para encontrar um quarto para nós. Ela percebeu que estávamos em pânico para encontrar um lugar para ficar e nos confortou elogiando nossas camisetas (nós dois somos enormes nerds, e eu estava com uma camisa do Pokémon e minha filha com uma camisa D&D). Em minutos, ela encontrou para nós um grande quarto e salvou o dia! Ela nos mostrou um serviço de atendimento ao cliente fantástico que foi acima e além da obrigação e ajudou a tornar meu aniversário especial! Obrigada, Gigi! Você é o melhor! Sem dúvida vamos voltar aqui!

The one problem i had was that these 2 older age Caucasian men came out and literally while me, my puppy and my sister respectfully sat in the parking lot inour cars, discussing our plans and waiting for our hotel room at an alternate location to be ready to check in, these 2 say out ib the suv watching us (as if we didnt see) for the whole 1.5 hour we were there and once we stsrted our cars and proceeded to vacate the hyatt parking lotthey too jumped out locked their cars and proceeded to go inside but not before taking a second look back to ensure we were fully off the premesis of the hyatt. That's a damn shame. Other than that i loved this property 5 star from me all the way

The room was filthy, with filthy glasses, a non functioning coffee maker, the electronics for the tv didn't work, hair in the bed, disgusting smell in the hallway for three nights replaced by an equally disgusting smell.Decent people.No apparent breakfast nor indication that they kept the brrakfast behind the counter in a fridge.Top this horrible experience off with roadwork going on behind the hotel and being after midnight on my last night, a totally wasted night. Will never stay here again nor recommend to anyone in fact the opposite.

My daughter and I had reservations at a different hotel, but the hotel room was so smelly and bad that we left and headed over to the Hyatt Ontario Mills/ Rancho Cucamonga. The front desk attendant, Gigi, at the Hyatt was on the phone when we entered, but she took a pause and greeted us anyway and immediately made us feel welcome. She quickly finished the call and asked how she could help us. We explained about the previous hotel and she offered us some bottled water. The Hyatt was booked solid, but she said she would do her best to find a room for us. She could see that we were in a panic to find a place to stay and comforted us by complimenting our shirts (We are both huge nerds, and I had on a Pokemon shirt and my daughter had on a D & D shirt). In minutes she found us a great room and saved the day! She showed us fantastic customer service that went above and beyond the call of duty and helped make my birthday special! Thank you, Gigi! You are the best! We will definitely come here again!

Os quartos são amplos, as camas são espaçosas, e um sofá-cama perfeito para famílias com crianças, a piscina tem água morna, é perfeita para quando você tem filhos, não dá origem a afogamentos, tudo é muito limpo.Sugestão:. Eles precisam colocar guardanapos de cozinha para limpar na hora de regar o café, por exemplo ... Só esse detalhe. O resto é perfeito, os quartos são muito espaçosos.

Este é um hotel muito bem conservado. O pessoal é excelente, muito atento às necessidades dos hóspedes e ansioso por agradar. Os quartos estão cheirando surpreendentemente refrescante até mesmo os corredores nos elevadores não carregam um perfume. A piscina está aberta neste hotel surpreendentemente quando as urnas dos vizinhos estão todas fechadas. O hotel foi rápido para recolher todo o lixo que eu levava na porta dos hóspedes para garantir que seja sempre um sentimento acolhedor e caloroso e você fica neste hotel

Los cuartos están amplios, las camas amplias, y un sofá cama, perfecto para familias con niños, la alberca tiene el agua tibia, está perfecta para cuando se tiene niños, no da pendiente que se ahoguen todo está muy limpio.Sugerencia:. Necesitan poner servilletas de cocina para limpiar cuando se riega por ejemplo el café.... Solo ese detalle. Lo demás está perfecto, los cuartos muy amplios.

This is a very well kept Hotel. The staff is excellent very attentive to the guest needs and very eager to please. The rooms are amazingly refreshingly smelling even the hallways in the elevators don't carry a scent. The pool is open at this hotel surprisingly when the neighbors polls are all closed. The hotel was quick to gather up any Trash I was up by the door from the guests to ensure that it's always a welcoming and warm feeling and you stay in this hotel
