This was our second time at this hotel and the experience was great! We were able to stay in the same suite we booked on our first time. The suite has a one bedroom apartment feel. It felt like home away from home. Being located downtown is really a plus. I highly recommend this location if you are visiting St Pete!

Foi a nossa primeira vez em São Petersburgo e optamos por ficar no Hyatt! Foi uma experiência realmente ótima porque a equipe foi muito acolhedora, rápida e receptiva. Sempre que ligávamos para fazer uma pergunta, eles sempre nos respondiam e ajudavam em qualquer problema. O hotel em si está localizado no centro da cidade, então você está perto de muitos restaurantes, bares, etc. Há também um buffet de café da manhã gratuito, que foi fenomenal - até mesmo todos os funcionários do café da manhã foram super simpáticos e todos puderam desfrutar !O pessoal que cuidava da casa estava sempre limpando, e isso nos fez sentir muito melhor por estarmos hospedados em um hotel que realmente se preocupava com a limpeza. A piscina também era excelente e era limpa regularmente! Também havia estacionamento no prédio, e era muito conveniente!No geral, ficaríamos aqui novamente quando visitarmos.

Depois de ficar em um hotel decadente que parecia um inferno, este lugar era um santuário. Eles nos acomodaram em todos os sentidos. O café da manhã gratuito foi incrível com muitas coisas para escolher. Os quartos eram muito bonitos e espaçosos. Como estava localizado no coração do centro de São Petersburgo, havia muitas coisas para experimentar. Eu gostaria que ficássemos por mais tempo. A piscina, o estacionamento interno e a lavanderia também foram uma grande adição. No geral, com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente! Eu realmente senti que depois de ficar no inferno por tanto tempo, eu finalmente estava no céu novamente.

After staying in a run down hotel that felt like hell this place was a sanctuary. They accommodated us in every way. The free breakfast was amazing with many things to choose from. The rooms where very nice and spacious. As it was located in the heart Downtown St. Petersburg there was many things to experience. I wish that we stayed for longer. The pool, in house parking, and laundry facilities were also a great addition. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I truly felt like after staying in hell for so long, I was finally in heaven again.

It was our first time at St. Petersburg and we chose to stay at Hyatt! It was a really great experience because the staff was very accommodating, fast and responsive. Whenever we called to ask a question, they would always give us an answer and helped us with any problems. The hotel, itself, is located in Downtown so you’re close to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. There is also a free buffet breakfast, which was phenomenal – even all the breakfast staff were super friendly and everyone was able to enjoy! The house keeping staff were always cleaning, and it made us feel a lot better that we were staying at a hotel that truly cared about cleanliness. The pool was also great and was regularly cleaned! There was also parking in the building, and it was very convenient! Overall, we would definitely stay here again when we visit.

Wellllllll por onde eu começo. Reservei este hotel por pouco mais de $ 200 por noite. Disseram-me que havia estacionamento gratuito e pequeno-almoço! Quando chegamos, fomos recebidos por um rude membro da equipe que disse que tínhamos que pagar US $ 18 por noite de estacionamento! Wellllllll where do I start. I booked this hotel at just over $200 a night. I was told that there was free parking and breakfast! When we arrived we were greeted by a rude staff member who told we had to pay $18 a night parking!The rooms are pretty basic and weren't thoroughly clean, day 1 and I'm not sure what I'm paying $200 a night for. Wouldn't recommend and will look elsewhere next time. Will post an update on how management deal with the Parking situation. Stay tuned......Update ... So at the end of our stay the manager waived the parking fee, which we appreciated! The location of this hotel is great and I love St Pete! There is so much to do. I feel the staff could be a bit more welcoming and accommodating when you first arrive. But overall they did a great job of dealing with situations like the broken air conditioning in our room. I would stay again just to see if things get better, because I absolutely love the location. Keep in mind there is $18 a night parking you'll pay on top of your room charge. Breakfast is good.

Great location, clean rooms, cozy vibe. They deserve 5star if the staff become more friendly. They usually don’t welcome you, it’s very cold relationship between guest and lobby staff specially now that instead of front door, you have to come from side door. All you may hear is “how can I help you” and that’s when you walk to toward their desk! Maybe it’s because of having the weird snack and drink display next to them, they feel more like 7-Eleven staff than a hotel crew? But if that doesn’t bother you, you will have a great experience in the hotel! Nice views, pool, and free breakfast for breakfast lovers.
