Não sobrou papel higiênico. Quando verificado no quarto 9/8 não parecia limpo. No dia seguinte saímos e voltamos às 4 da tarde e o quarto não foi feito. Impossível entrar em contato com qualquer pessoa por telefone. Minha esposa passou por eles e disseram, a primeira vez que nada que eles pudessem fazer, nem mesmo toalhas novas. Então voltei e queria falar com o gerente. Ele queria saber se eu era membro do Hyatt? E outros bs. Os jovens funcionários da recepção e todos são muito bons, mas na minha opinião um hotel mal administrado. Finalmente, um jovem simpático trouxe-nos toalhas. Pode precisar, na minha opinião, de um gerente mais profissional

O pessoal foi muito amigável e muito útil. O quarto era muito limpo e confortável, com uma excelente vista das montanhas. Noite muito tranquila e pude dormir bem. Fica perto de tudo e muito perto do PSU. Eu mencionei o pessoal? no geral, uma ótima estadia! Estarei de volta novamente.

No queda papel higiénico. Cuando se registró en 9/8, la habitación no parecía limpia. Al día siguiente salimos y volvimos a las 4 de la tarde y la habitación no estaba hecha. Imposible contactar a nadie por teléfono. Mi esposa llegó a ellos y le dijeron, la primera vez que nada podían hacer, ni siquiera toallas nuevas. Luego volví y quería hablar con el gerente. ¿Quería saber si yo era miembro de Hyatt? Y otros bs. El joven personal de recepción y todos son muy agradables, pero en mi opinión, un hotel mal gestionado. Finalmente, un joven simpático nos trajo toallas. Puede necesitar, en mi opinión, un gerente más profesional.

El personal fue muy amable y muy servicial. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda, con una gran vista de las montañas. Noche muy tranquila y pude dormir bien. Está ubicado cerca de todo y muy cerca de la fuente de alimentación. ¿He mencionado al personal? en general, una gran estancia! Volveremos de nuevo.

No toilet paper left . When checked in 9/8 room did not appear clean. The next day we went out and came back at 4 pm and room was not made. Impossible to contact anyone on phone . My wife got thru to them and was told , the first time that nothing they could do not even new towels . I then Went back and wanted to talk to manager . He wanted to know if I was a Hyatt member ?? And other bs . The young staff in front desk and all are very nice but in my opinion a poorly run hotel . Finally a nice young man brought us towels . May need , in my opinion a more professional manager

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. Very quiet night and was able to sleep well. Is located near everything and very close to PSU .Did I mention the staff ? overall a great stay ! Will be back again.

Eu esperava, no mínimo, uma estadia confortável e normal em um hotel aqui. Mas a qualidade do quarto era ruim. Os lençóis, travesseiros, fronhas, toalhas e panos estavam todos manchados ou sujos de alguma forma (assim como o tapete). Os lençóis e o edredom tinham manchas marrons. Os travesseiros e fronhas estavam manchados de amarelo. As toalhas tinham batom, manchas amarelas e cabelos. Havia cabelo por toda parte, como se a sala nunca tivesse passado o aspirador. A cama era tão desconfortável que eu e meu amigo acordamos com dores. Os travesseiros eram planos e desconfortáveis. Eu havia pedido um quarto alto e me foi dado um quarto baixo. A equipe não era rude, mas parecia indiferente. I foi realmente decepcionado, especialmente porque I've se hospedaram no Super 8s e Days Inns e vários outros hotéis "econômicos" que foram US $ 100 mais barato por noite que foram mais limpos e com melhor atendimento do que o Hyatt Place. Definitivamente não vale o preço que você paga.

Esperaba, como mínimo, una estancia cómoda y normal en un hotel aquí. Pero la calidad de la habitación era mala. Las sábanas, almohadas, fundas de almohada, toallas y paños estaban manchados o sucios de alguna manera (al igual que la alfombra). Las sábanas y el edredón tenían manchas marrones. Las almohadas y las fundas estaban manchadas de amarillo. Las toallas tenían pintalabios, manchas amarillas y pelo. Había pelo por todas partes, como si la habitación nunca hubiera sido aspirada. La cama era tan incómoda que mi amigo y yo nos despertamos doloridos. Las almohadas eran planas e incómodas. Había pedido una habitación alta y me dieron una habitación baja. El personal no era grosero, pero parecía indiferente. Me decepcionó mucho, especialmente porque me he alojado en Super 8s y Days Inns y varios otros hoteles "económicos" que eran $ 100 más baratos por noche, que estaban más limpios y con mejores servicios que el Hyatt Place. Definitivamente no vale la pena el precio que pagas.

I was hoping for, at a minimum, a comfortable and normal hotel stay here. But the quality of the room was poor. The sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, and washcloths were all stained or dirty in some way (as was the carpet). The sheets and comforter had brown stains on them. The pillows and cases were stained yellow. The towels had lipstick, yellow stains, and hair on them. There was hair everywhere, like the room was never vacuumed. The bed was so uncomfortable, my friend and I both woke up in pain. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I had asked for a high room and was given a low room. The staff weren't rude, but seemed indifferent. I was really disappointed, especially because I've stayed at Super 8s and Days Inns and various other "budget" hotels that were $100 cheaper per night that were cleaner and better serviced than the Hyatt Place. Definitely not worth the price you pay at all.

Tudo era ótimo neste hotel: limpeza, conforto, tranquilidade, pessoal, decoração. O almoço foi muito bom e amplo. Merece mais de 4 estrelas, mas não posso ignorar o desafio do local para check in / mudança. Ambos os dias houve alguém a longo prazo ((pelo menos 45 min) em um dos dois slots de 5 minutos e simplesmente não é uma opção fácil, especialmente se você está tentando eliminar alguém com necessidades especiais.

Sem motocicletas! Verifiquei se este lugar tem estacionamento. Quando cheguei, fomos informados de que motocicletas não podiam entrar na garagem. Eles se ofereceram para nos deixar estacionar na doca de carregamento. Ao lado da lixeira e ao lado do triturador de gordura da cozinha. E espero que as bicicletas não sejam danificadas quando houve uma entrega ou coleta de lixo. Portanto, não vá de motocicleta. Isso realmente deve aparecer em algum lugar do site. Eles foram legais sobre o cancelamento da reserva, eu acho.

Eu definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente. Ótima localização, os quartos eram super agradáveis, a equipe foi ótima. A área do bar é excelente e eles não estavam contentes de nos deixar assistir um pouco de hóquei. Muito relaxado.

Excelente localização do hotel ... pessoal amigável. A única razão pela qual eu não disse 5 estrelas foi por causa do estacionamento do outro lado da rua na garagem (incluído). Hotel parecia muito seguro e protegido também.

Awesome hotel good location...friendly folks. Only reason I didnt say 5 star was because of parking across the street in parking garage(included). Hotel seemed very safe and secure also.

Todo fue genial en este hotel: limpieza, comodidad, tranquilidad, personal, decoración. El desayuno era muy bueno y abundante. Se merece más de 4 estrellas, pero no puedo ignorar el desafío de la ubicación para el registro / mudanza. Ambos días hubo alguien a largo plazo ((al menos 45 minutos) en uno de los dos espacios de 5 minutos y simplemente no hay una opción fácil, especialmente si está tratando de hacer a alguien con necesidades especiales.

I'll definitely stay here again. Great location, rooms were super nice, staff was great. The bar area is great and they were nope than happy to let us watch some hockey. Very laid back.

¡Nada de motos! Revisé para asegurarme de que este lugar tenga estacionamiento. Cuando llegué, nos dijeron que no se permitían motocicletas en el garaje. Se ofrecieron a dejarnos estacionar en el muelle de carga. Junto al área de basura, y al lado del triturador de grasa de la cocina. Y espero que las bicicletas no se dañen cuando hubo una entrega o una recolección de basura. Así que no vayas en motocicleta. Esto realmente debería aparecer en algún lugar del sitio web. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones eran súper agradables, el personal fue excelente. La zona del bar es genial y estaban encantados de dejarnos ver un poco de hockey. Muy relajado.

No motorcycles!I checked to make sure this place has parking.When I arrived, we were told motorcycles were not allowed in the garage.They offered to let us park in the loading dock.Next to the trash area, and next to the kitchen grease disposal.And hope the bikes didn't get damaged when there was a delivery or trash pickup.So don't go on a motorcycle.This really should appear somewhere in the website.They were nice about cancelling the reservation I guess.

Everything was great at this hotel: cleanliness, comfort, quietness, staff, decor. The breakfast was very good and ample. It deserves more than 4 stars, but I can't ignore the challenge of the location for check in/move-in. Both days there was someone longterm ((at least 45 min) in one of the two 5 minute slots and there just isn’t an easy option, especially if you are trying to d/o anyone with special needs.

Positive: Very nice and clean rooms. My room was specious and in high floor. The view was great. Simple to-go breakfast.Negative: weird entrance for loading and doing the check-in. $8 a day for parking cross street.
