“Our stay is not complete. So far it's fine, but the add on charges seem ridiculous. I'll update when we leave. Well, this update is very late, but I had to downgrade the rating. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I still talk about how much my back hurt sleeping in them. Also, the elevators weren't reliable. Still, it's a very nice looking place, clean, and the staff was pleasant. Lots going on and a variety of food options, though all of it was overpriced.”

“The hotel just wasn’t worth the price we paid. The service we experienced was what you’d expect from a $50 motel, not a hotel who’s rates get dangerously close to $200 for the basic rooms. With their price, you still have to pay extra for WiFi and parking. There’s a tiny fridge and no microwave. I believe you could rent one, but you shouldn’t have to with what you get charged initially. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfy. We came back two years later and we’re even less impressed than the first time. Good luck finding an elevator, they are more than likely broken and the stairs aren’t clearly marked. Majority of the inside dining options are gone. Floors in rooms are sticky. Rooms need an upgrade for the prices charged. You can get by for the convenience of being close to attractions, but the price would lead you to believe you’d get a better room.”
