Nos quedamos durante el Día de Acción de Gracias: las compras del Black Friday fueron muy sencillas. En Union Square y no muy lejos del Soho. El servicio al cliente estuvo bien. La recepción fue increíble.Todo estaba bastante cerrado (bar (biblioteca) y azotea) pero el restaurante estaba abierto, excelentes bebidas y buena comida.”

“I booked a 4 night stay here because of its central location. Rooms are nice and amenities are pretty good. I stayed in room 908 the first two nights, but couldn’t sleep at all... There was a rolling noise above me that sounded like a trolley cart or suitcases rolling across the floor. This happened from 12pm-3am, and then from 5am-7am. Not only that, but the chrome cast was broken so I couldn’t watch anything on tv.Then we changed to a quieter room in 704 but the reading lamp doesn’t turn on... So many issues at this point. Only one night left but I’m so disappointed staying in this Hyatt. The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff were absolutely amazing and patient in helping me.”
