“Mi mujer y yo nos alojamos en régimen de media pensión durante 5 noches, habitación doble superior con vistas al mar lateral (vistas...de lejos y al lado de la piscina).- Recepción: pésima. A cargo de Nati, antipática, poco atenta y no nos explicó nada de las instalaciones. Decidió tratarme como a un niño de 15 años y con un poco de desdén. No le pareció suficiente mi estatus social o mi edad (ya entrada) para tratarme con educación. Tuve que ser borde para que me mirara a los ojos. Check out a cargo de Nati otra vez...y de nuevo mal trato e inconvenientes.- Horarios de entrada a cafeteria. Máximo a las 9.15 de la mañana para desayuno y 21.15 en la noche. Para ir al cole y dormir con "Los Lunis". Y estamos a 9 de septiembre... La OBLIGACION de los hombres de ir en PANTALÓN LARGO es MACHISTA por lo menos. Trato del personal en el buffet PESIMO. Si no tienes al.menos 50 años te tratan de tu y mal. Los únicos simpáticos son el caballero de la entrada y el metre. El primer día nos sentaron en la zona VIP por error del camarero de la terraza y al darse cuenta nos hicieron levantarnos delante de la gente para cambiarnos a la zona común, cogiendo nuestros platos con las manos de dicho camarero en medio de una pandemia COVID. Todo esto sin pedir disculpas.- Durante la cena el ruido de platos y cubiertos para colocar el desayuno es ENSORDECEDOR. En el postre de la cena ya estás con las tazas del desayuno puestas en la mesa de al lado. Muy mala impresión.- La cena fría servida en la habitación por no poder llegar a la hora de cena: ensalada y fiambre.- ¿Horario de limpieza de la habitación el primer día a las 8.30 AM? Gracias.- Como bueno: instalaciones. Buena piscina, acceso directo a playa. Personal de la piscina atento. Cama en condiciones. Mobiliario moderno.SIN DUDA EL TRATO HACE QUE UN HOTEL QUE SE PUDIERA MERECER UN SOBRESALIENTE, BAJE A SUSPENSO BAJO. MUY DESCONTENTOS CON EL HOTEL.PD: ahorrarse por favor la réplica. Esto es una opinión, no un debate. Y no, no vamos a volver ni lo recomendaremos.”

“De longe o melhor hotel de Fuerteventura! A relação preço-desempenho foi ótima aqui: comida sensacional, bebidas de alta qualidade e um ambiente aconchegante. Tínhamos o pacote com tudo incluído, embora eu estivesse cético no início, definitivamente valia a pena. Voltaremos em qualquer caso.”
