“Very traditional corporate hotel.
The Gym was a little bit crammed but had good machines. The rooms are decent in size and the location is very convenient for visiting and moving around London.
Staff was helpful, but check-in was troublesome as they took forever because their system was down. Checkout was super easy.”

“The location is excellent as an obvious perk of this five star hotel. However, I don’t say this lightly. I’ve stayed at many Intercontinental hotels before and I’m a top tier ambassador member and the staff at the lounge especially Luis and Jayne were truly great and went above and beyond. They were both so helpful and caring that I feel anyone lucky enough to go to the intercontinental lounge at the hotel is in for a treat. Luis in particular he was so attentive and caring that I felt I was at a fine dinning establishment. I hope I spelled their names correctly, but regardless if you’re looking for a quality, comfortable and enjoyable location this is a great hotel for you. The staff deserve the praise above the location and amenities.”
