“Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city. There is ongoing city construction in front of the hotel, but we had no trouble finding the hotel. The valet immediately assisted us with parking our car and moving our luggage to our room. The staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room facing away from the construction. Hotel is located within walking distance to most tourist areas. All staff members from valet to reception to room service are amazing, extremely helpful, and polite. Turndown service was a surprise and much appreciated after a long day of walking in the city. Room and bathroom both were luxurious and very spacious. Overall, we are very delighted to have stayed here. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you!”

“We had an amazing time staying in the duplex suite. The 2 floors suite is spacious, beautiful, modern and clean. There is a bathroom, TV and sofa on both floors, which is our favourite part. Top services all the way, staffs are very friendly and helpful (especially the concierge kindly helped us to sort out a restaurant booking issue in Portuguese). We enjoyed the breakfast too, great selection with both the buffet and dishes on the special menu. Perfect location at the city center and right next to the train station/ metro. Great stay, highly recommend.”
