“Love love love the room, the service. Everyone was nice and friendly. Closed to halal food whc was easy for us. Walking distance to shopping streets, playground for kids, the beach. Chauffeur driven from & to the hotel. Had a great stay.”

“If you are looking for 5 star accommodations, look elsewhere. Rooms look like they haven't been updated for quite some time. The beach access near the hotel is not included (you need to pay for it separately), which for a hotel like the JW should be included in the room rate. The room was not clean when we showed up (3 hours after check-in I might add) and we had to wait an hour to be shown to our room. The front desk staff seem uninterested in providing any semblance of customer service. The saving grace was the concierge, but overall we are displeased with our stay here and will not be coming back.”
