“I went a year ago to celebrste my wife Birthday the service amazing. This year we decide to celebrate my birthday there but we got a huge surprise the service was not as last year.The AC did not work, my wife had to go to the lobby to get towels because nobody answer the phone. For breakfast the restaurant was almost empty and they keep bringing us the check even that we just got there, the services really slow like they had 20 tables to take care, the waiters were busier talking to each other than giving a good service.It is a shame to get that kind of services on a top Marriott hote chain like the JW Marriott, We won't go back to that hotel on out next visit to Bogotá.”
