“My wife and I always stay here when we are in Lima and until now have had a good experience. However, this time was different, specifically because of the poor concierge service. One of the concierges specifically was extremely UNHELPFUL and consistently provided inaccurate information because he tried to get us to go to a different place. We missed seeing the museums and historical section because he continually mislead us. It seems now there was something very fishy afoot. We were very disappointed and may not stay here again. We expect all services, including concierge services, to be worth the price we are paying.”
