“Aertson hotel has the nastiest valet company ever. Park in handicap spots so other people can’t use those spots who need them. They also ruin cars and think they run the garage.Reply included: we have pictures of the incident and constantly have horrible interactions with the valet employees. These are the people you chose to employ at your hotel. There was also a call made to the front desk at your hotel and a request to move the car in which the receptionist replied “that’s unfortunate” these employees may be employed by Premier Parking but you have chosen a horrible company to manage your valet.”
