“The name of the hotel is Krystal Grand Suites. I booked an Executive Suite. Both titles are lies. My room is a standard room, one chair, a desk, and a bed. There is nothing grand or suite about it. The front desk agent was extremely rude when I pointed this out, only repeating "That's what you booked". Stay elsewhere.”
