“Além da sala espetacular com vista, o staff fez toda a diferença pela nossa experiência. Obrigado por ser um dos melhores destaques da nossa road trip.”

“This is going to be another special Four Seasons experience and likely will return to its natural position as the best of the hotels in SF. I have a long history with this property having stayed here 40-50 times over the years when it was a Mandarin Oriental. I've stayed many times at the Four Seasons on Market St, and enjoy that one as well, but this property is just truly remarkable. Just make sure you specify 222 Sansome St and Four Seasons Embarcadero - its not a long way to the other 4S property but it can be confusing. Before 4S acquired it, it operated under the Loews brand after the Mandarin Oriental history and went into some decline over the years. They have now fully renovated the rooms but they still have the exceptional views as always. Given the height of the property (with rooms on the high floors of the building - up to 48th floor), its safe to say the views are the best you can find in a town that's chock full of awesome views. There are several caveats to the rating that you should know. They just reopened after the pandemic and have not opened the property's bar and restaurant, so that's to come. We did have room service for breakfast, snacks and one dinner and all of it was high Four Seasons quality, so that worked fine, but the breadth of alternatives outside breakfast was a little limited. The front desk staff, including Marcella and the Concierge Michael, were warm, caring and helpful, as you would expect. Top notch. The room renovations came out well but not over the top. One thing to know: lots of hotels skimp on the quality of the pull out couch but not this property. they are the same brand as we have at home and are exceptionally comfortable. We were lucky to have a room upgrade on check-in and had a 1BR suite with two bathrooms. It would have been very comfortable for a family (Room 4606), given the couch, the second full bathroom in the living room and the separate doors for the LR and bedroom. You'll be able to tell from the photos that its quite spacious. The gym is large enough and well provisioned. This is a winner.”
