Localização incrível e belas vistas da baía da nossa suíte com varanda. Pudemos ver os barcos passando o dia e a noite. O hotel fica a uma curta distância de tudo, incluindo a Academia Naval e Main St.Apreciamos o serviço amigável e os funcionários sempre se oferecendo para ajudar. Houve um barco de transporte à direita fora do hotel, bem como um barco de turismo que estacionou em frente ao hotel.Eu recomendo este hotel para famílias e casais também.

Increíble ubicación y hermosas vistas de la bahía desde nuestra suite con balcón. Pudimos ver los barcos pasar todo el día y la noche. El hotel se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de todo, incluida la Academia Naval y Main St.Apreciamos el servicio amable y los empleados que siempre se ofrecen a ayudar. Había un barco de transporte justo fuera del hotel, así como un barco turístico que aparcaba justo fuera del hotel.Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a familias y parejas también.

Amazing location and beautiful views of the bay from our balcony suite. We were able to watch boats going by all day and night. The hotel is within walking distance to everything including the Naval Academy and Main St. We appreciated the friendly service and employees always offering to help. There was a shuttle boat right outside the hotel as well as a tour boat that parked right outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to families and couples as well.

Eu visito este hotel pelo menos 4 vezes por ano, mas minha última visita foi diferente da última vez. Eu acho que a equipe muda a equipe da recepção com certeza falta experiência.. levou uma eternidade para fazer o check-in. Até a campainha descarregou meu carro, coloquei minha mala no carrinho, empurrei o carrinho para o saguão do hotel e deixei minha mala sem vigilância, qualquer um poderia ter levado minhas coisas.. Minha experiência foi diferente.. parece que ninguém mais acaricia se você não gosta é só ir embora..

Possivelmente o pior café que a humanidade já se infligiu. wtaf pessoas como isso pode ser quando a tarifa do quarto é $ 547 ??? Este lugar precisa de alguma estatística de manutenção séria. E não me faça começar na recepção. O cara da manhã zombou da minha esposa por pedir descafeinado no serviço de café. De jeito nenhum Bru. Fique no WESTIN.

Os quartos são bonitos, mas só isso. Fomos para um fim de semana de meninas e queríamos assistir a um filme tarde da noite apenas para descobrir que as TVs não são smart tvs e não têm acesso de streaming como a maioria dos outros hotéis Marriott. Por US $ 500 + por noite, você pensaria que os banheiros seriam um pouco mais luxuosos. O telefone do nosso quarto não funcionou porque toda a tomada estava quebrada. Nossas lâmpadas de cabeceira também não funcionavam. A vista e a localização são os únicos atrativos do hotel.

I visit this hotel at least 4 times a year but my last visit was different from the last time. I guess staff changes the front desk staff sure lacking experience.. it took for ever to get check-in . Even the bell hope’s unloaded my car put my suitcase on the cart then pushed the cart into the hotel lobby and left my suitcase unattended anyone could have taken my stuff.. My hole experience was different.. it’s seem that no one caress anymore if you don’t like it just leave..

Possibly the worst coffee mankind has ever inflicted on itself. wtaf people how can this be when the room rate is $547??? This place needs some serious maintenance stat. And don’t get me started on the reception desk. Morning dude mocked my wife for requesting decaf at the coffee service. No way bruh. Stay at the WESTIN.

The rooms are pretty but that's about it. We went for a girls weekend and wanted to watch a late night movie only to find out that the TV's aren't smart tv's and have no streaming access like most other Marriott hotels. For $500+ per night, you would think the bathrooms would be a little more lux. Our room phone didn't work because the entire outlet was busted. Our bedside lamps also did not work. The view and location are the only attractive thing about the hotel.

Aluguei 4 quartos e paguei mais de 2k pelos quartos mais sem graça, sem vista. Manutenção realmente necessária, pois o ar-condicionado mal funcionava e o chuveiro estava mofado. Não é bem a experiência de US$ 629 por noite que eu esperava. Você pode fazer melhor do que este lugar.

I rented 4 rooms and paid over 2k for the most bland rooms with no view. Maintenance truly needed as the a/c barely worked and the shower was moldy. Not quite the $629 a night experience I had hoped for. You can do better than this place.

¡Qué increíble experiencia de hotel y hospitalidad! ¡Gracias, equipo de Annapolis Waterfront! Nunca he estado en un hotel tan atento y servicial. Estábamos preocupados por tener a nuestro cachorro en el hotel, y Rene hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nosotros (¡y el cachorro!) Estábamos cómodos y felices. El hotel en sí es hermoso, limpio y bien diseñado, y estamos muy agradecidos con el equipo que lo dirige. ¡Muy, muy recomendable!

What an incredible hotel and hospitality experience — thank you, Annapolis Waterfront team! I’ve never been at a hotel this thoughtful and accommodating. We were worried about having our puppy in the hotel, and Rene went miles out of his way to make sure we (and the pup!) were comfortable and happy. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-designed, and we are so grateful to the team that runs it. Highly, highly recommend!

Meu marido reservou a data errada e percebemos cerca de 30 minutos antes de chegarmos ao hotel. Janasia na recepção foi tão compreensiva, doce e AINDA foi capaz de nos acomodar! O quarto era incrível e não podíamos acreditar na hospitalidade. Foi rápido, indolor e eles fizeram nosso fim de semana muito melhor ajudando-nos. Altamente recomendado!!!!

My husband booked the wrong date and we noticed about 30 minutes before we arrived to the hotel. Janasia at the front desk was so understanding, sweet and was STILL able to accommodate us! The room was amazing and we could not believe the hospitality. It was quick, painless and they made our weekend so much better by helping us out. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
