“Cuando llegué al hotel. El personal fue educado y cortés. No tenían muchas habitaciones disponibles en ese momento, así que me dieron una habitación en la planta baja. Mientras trabajaba en la habitación, comencé a notar que las hormigas se arrastraban por la habitación. Le dije a la recepción y enviaron a Dan, uno de los chicos de mantenimiento, para que me ayudara. “When I arrived at the hotel. The staff was polite and courteous. They didn't have a lot of rooms available at the time so I was given a ground floor room. As I was working in the room, I started noticing ants crawling in the room. I told the front desk and they sent Dan, one of the maintenance guys to help me. He didn't see any of the ants, but he saw I wasn't comfortable so he called the front desk and placed it on the speaker. He asked Hunter, the front desk attendant, if there were any rooms. The guest says there is an issue. On the phone, Hunter asked, "is the issue relevant?" In disbelief, Dan said, "well yes any issue a guest have is relevant." I was shocked and angry to where I complained to the manager and praised Dan. If it wasn't for Dan, I wouldn't have gotten another room. Dan is the one who went above and beyond. Dan is the one who deserves 5 stars.”
