“Attended a conference in the hotel. Amenities were good. Bed was comfortable. There is a Milestones in the hotel so that was convenient. Also a small Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, as hotel coffee is not known to be fantastic. Parking was challenging. I found a spot upon arrival on a Tuesday night and didn't move my car until leaving 2 days later, as others had a hard time finding parking. Overall a nice hotel. 4 elevators and over 30 floors, so we still had a long wait and slow ride at times, but it's too be expected.”

“The room was clean and cozy. The view from its big windows straight towards Niagara Falls. You can watch the night light shows while resting. However, it would be more perfect if we got a high-level room, pretty sure the view should be a lot nicer. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay in!”
