Era um hotel bom o suficiente, mas a equipe parecia estar apressando as pessoas. O quarto do hotel tinha uma configuração estranha, então era difícil assistir TV da cama e a luz da janela brilhava direto na cama, o que é um problema se você dormir cedo ou acordar tarde. Também foi um pouco difícil encontrar o hotel.

It was a nice enough hotel, but the staff seemed to be rushing people through. The hotel room had a strange configuration so it was hard to watch TV from the bed and light from the window shined right onto the bed, which is an issue if you go to sleep early or wake up late. It was also a little difficult to find the hotel.

Longe de impressionar. Pobre valor para o preço.Meu quarto não estava pronto às 15h30 para eu fazer o check-in. Eu entendi que estava um pouco cedo, então eles disseram que eu teria que esperar até as 16h e que eles me ligariam quando um quarto estivesse pronto. Voltei para o hotel às 20h30 e ninguém me ligou nesse meio tempo.Os quartos são datados e precisam urgentemente de uma atualização. As camas são terríveis - extremamente firmes e muito desconfortáveis. O estacionamento também é extremamente caro. Eles cobram US $ 36 por dia para estacionar seu carro, enquanto outras garagens de estacionamento ao lado cobram US $ 16 por dia.Quanto aos pontos positivos, a localização é muito conveniente. A academia e a área da piscina também foram decentes, e a equipe com quem lidamos foi amigável. Far from impressed. Poor value for the price. My room was not ready at 3:30 PM for me to check in. I understood I was a bit early, so they said I would have to wait until 4 PM, and that they would call me when a room was ready. I came back to the hotel at 8:30 PM and no one called me in the meantime. The rooms are dated and badly in need of a refresh. The beds are terrible - extremely firm and very uncomfortable. Parking is also a extremely expensive. They charge $36 a day for self-parking your car, whereas other parking garages right next door charge $16 a day. As for positives, the location is very convenient. The gym and pool area were also decent, and the staff that we dealt with was friendly. A buffet breakfast was available, but again very expensive for what you get. Overall, a poor value for a four star hotel.

Carlos, o engenheiro no local, se esforçou para nos ajudar com nossa bagagem em nossa primeira noite de estadia. Ele conversou conosco e foi muito amigável e bem informado sobre as áreas a visitar. Suas recomendações foram pontuais. Nossa visita foi muito positiva graças a ele, a equipe da frente, a equipe do bar, a equipe de limpeza, toda a equipe! Obrigado por uma ótima estadia!

Carlos the engineer at site went out of his way to help us with our luggage on our first night stay. He conversed with us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about areas to visit. His recommendations were spot on. Our visit was very positive thanks to him, the front staff, the bar staff, cleaning crew, the whole team! Thank you for a great stay!

Only $65 to self park. Seriously $300 a night? The next morning I get my bill and there’s an extra $15 charge. “What’s this?” I ask. Oh that’s for the internet. “I thought that was free for rewards members. “It is”. “Well if you look at my statement you’ll see I’m a rewards member “. “Oh so sorry I’ll credit you back.”

pior estadia que já tive!! não vá para este hotel!! a equipe de lá não se importava com seus clientes, os serviços de limpeza (se você pode chamá-los assim) não faziam o trabalho deles! reservamos um quarto com duas camas queen size e um sofá que vira cama, mas em vez disso, ficamos com duas camas de solteiro e uma cadeira!!! (a propósito, somos uma família de 6, 3 adultos, 2 crianças e um bebê)!!!!! pedimos para mudar de quarto, mas a recepção não nos ajudou!

Quarto, camas e banheiro eram bons e limpos. Starbucks e sala de jantar era fácil e conveniente de acessar. Bar concurso foi bom e deu alternativas ao coquetel que estava delicioso. A única recomendação que eu teria para eles é atualizar as tvs do quarto para smart tv, foi inconveniente não poder acessar nada além de cabo.

Este é o pior hotel de 4 estrelas em que já fiquei! Primeiro, está sujo. Durante o nosso primeiro dia, a toalha estava manchada. Além disso, a arrumação é terrível. Precisamente, não há arrumação. Na nossa segunda estadia, eles disseram que limpavam o quarto todos os dias e prometeram que limpariam o quarto amanhã. No entanto, na terceira noite, ninguém apareceu para a limpeza. Segundo, podemos ouvir claramente as pessoas conversando e andando no corredor. Parece que estão falando em meus ouvidos. Terceiro, tudo é desconfortável. Room, beds, and bathroom were nice and clean. Starbucks and dining room was easy and convenient to access. Bar tender was nice and gave alternatives to cocktail which was delicious. The only recommendation I would have for them is to update the tvs in the room to smart tv it was inconvenient not being able to access anything besides cable.

worst stay I have ever had!! do not go to this hotel!! the staff there did not care about their customers, the cleaning services (if you can call them like this) did not do their job at all! we booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa that becomes a bed, but instead, we got two singles bed and a chair!!! (by the way, we are a family of 6, 3 adults, 2 kids, and a baby)!!!!! we asked to change the room but the front desk did not help us!

This is the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed in! First, it is dirty. During our first day, the towel was stained. Furthermore, the housekeeping is terrible. Precisely, there is no housekeeping. On our second stay, they said they cleaned the room every other day and they promised they would clean the room tomorrow. However, on the third night, no one appeared for cleaning. Second, we can clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway. It sounds like they are talking in my ears. Third, everything is uncomfortable. I can easily fold up the pillows, it can’t give any support. My neck and shoulder were painful after getting up. Besides, the towels are really tough. Have they used them for a century? One star for the location. it is close to a shopping mall and UCSD.

O hotel está em uma boa localização. Embora o quarto estivesse limpo. É um pouco datado e precisa de um face-lift O restaurante estava fechado, eles não tinham serviço de quarto durante a minha estadia. Eles me deram toalhas suficientes para durar a minha estadia. Quando desci para imprimir minha etiqueta de bagagem do Alasca, passei por todo o check-in apenas para descobrir que a impressora de hóspedes não estava funcionando. Eles não tinham certeza de quando isso seria corrigido. Eu gosto do Marriott, mas vamos lá, você é melhor do que isso.

The hotel is in a good location. Although the room was clean. It's a bit dated and in need of a face-lift The restaurant was closed, they had no room service during my stay. They gave me enough towels to last through my stay. When I went downstairs to print my Alaska bag tag, I went through the whole check in only to find out the guest printer wasn't working. They were not sure when it would be fixed. I like Marriott but come on, you're better than that.

Está muy bien ubicado, pero le falta cuidar algunos detalles. Las habitaciones tienen closet muy pequeño y no hay caja de seguridad

El lugar es muy moderno y agradable. Tiene cerca un centro comercial muy grande al que se puede llegar caminando y otros lugares cercanos para comer. El costo es un poco elevado.
