“Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Super old rooms and furniture with a lot of wear and tear. - the rooms don’t have essential things like coffee and kettle. They don’t provide a kettle unless you upgrade to a superior room. Staff not very helpful. Hoping the next 3 days here will be better but first I need to go buy some essentials for the room!”

“Very disappointed, swimming pool looked great on their website but it is just big enough for little children. Jacuzzi and sauna were closed, why not say so??? Staff, except for the girl at breakfast, behaved like they are in charge. I am the guest! And breakfast, summer action all free. Well no! Never again!!!”
