“A minha pontuação fraca, é referente apenas ao serviço de quarto! Tudo o resto correu bem. Fiquei alojada dos dias 13 a 15 do mês corrente, no quarto 731 - 7º andar. Bastante dececionada com as senhoras que foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto, deixaram um pano velho sujo pendurado na porta da wc, retiraram os produtos de higiene do hotel que estávamos a usar, nomeadamente, sabonete das mãos, champô e gel duche, e não repuseram novos. E para piorar, traçaram o cabo de carregamento do meu telemóvel. Lamentável esta situação para um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Sevilha.”

“Great for what I paid. Close to plaza esp. and the sights. Easy for parking as a lot of white zones nearby. Check-in took a bit too long, most hotels just check ID / payment and give room key this was much longer. Also my nespresso machine didn’t work. Other than that a quality hotel.”
