“We checked in this hotel at 3.30 am with 2 small kids The facilities not that great ......its the peak of summer and there is no air conditioning or even a fan or a table fan to be provided by the hotel in this heat My kids aren't able to sleep as we have to keep the balcony door open for some air .....it dint make much difference though instead have got a lot of mosquitoes in the room now Wouldn't recommend this place especially in summer and for the price it is”

Buena y bonita habitación actualizada, personal muy amable y servicial, acaba de recibir una nevera nueva en la habitación debido a los medicamentos, todo está allí. Camas grandes de 90 de ancho, sí, algunas cosas pequeñas podrían ser mejores, incluidas las cortinas de red que no encajan del todo, y es una mesa muy pequeña, pero por lo demás está bien

Como só li alguns comentários negativos depois de reservar um quarto, pedi um upgrade. Segundo a recepção, isso não era necessário, pois eu tinha um quarto reformado, número 37. Este quarto é muito espaçoso, com todas as comodidades, inclusive cafeteira. O pequeno-almoço era bom (sala de pequeno-almoço agradável) e os funcionários muito simpáticos e profissionais. Reservei de domingo a segunda e o preço é extremamente razoável. No geral, minha experiência foi positiva.

Debido a que solo leí algunos comentarios negativos después de reservar una habitación, pedí una mejora. Según la recepción, esto no era necesario, porque tenía una habitación renovada, la número 37. Esta habitación es muy espaciosa, con todas las comodidades, incluida una cafetera. El desayuno estaba bien (bonita sala de desayunos) y el personal muy amable y profesional. No começo eu tinha um quarto limitado que era pequeno e sujo. Felizmente, na recepção, eles estavam dispostos a pensar e consegui reservar meu quarto para um quarto espaçoso e agradável. Al principio tenía una habitación limitada que era pequeña y estaba sucia. Teníamos habitaciones limpias y encantadoras, personal bueno y feliz. Nuestro cantinero Robert-Jan fue especialmente un éxito. Y el Front Office Leonardo siempre estuvo ahí para nosotros. Como estuvimos allí del 8 al 10 de agosto con 11 mujeres, fue todo un desafío. Pensamos que la sala de desayunos y el cobertizo para bicicletas necesitaban ser ampliados.

Positivo: localização, ambiente, relação preço/desempenho Staff muito simpático, sempre acessível e disponível. Bom café da manhã, quarto limpo Negativo: muito poucas vagas de estacionamento, sala de café da manhã muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel (tomamos café da manhã cedo - foi ótimo lá) Infelizmente, não há tomada extra ao lado da cama (possivelmente para equipamentos médicos) Conclusão: vamos estar de volta. Tudo em todos um bom valor para o dinheiro com pequenas fraquezas perdoáveis.

Para começar, não há o que reclamar dos funcionários, todos igualmente simpáticos, hospitaleiros e prestativos, o jantar de 3 pratos no bistrô também foi muito bom, assim como o café da manhã e a localização .... o hotel em si é realmente muito ruim datado e certamente não luxuoso e elegante como o site gostaria que você acreditasse. O quarto que tínhamos não era realmente bom, velho e em ruínas, carpete sujo, banheiro sujo com ar de esgoto desagradável, poeira e aranhas furiosas por todo o quarto, um chuveiro na banheira .... que não corria por enormes florestas de cabelos no poço ..... não realmente muito ruim, eu entendo que se você tem um cachorro com você você realmente não consegue o quarto mais bonito, mas raramente fomos atingidos tão mal. O que também foi 'irritante' para nós foi que a sala de ginástica mencionada no site acabou não estando lá devido a uma reforma. . . . O hotel está em uma bela localização e a equipe não se importa, mas não vamos voltar.

Para empezar, no hay nada de qué quejarse del personal, todos igualmente amables, hospitalarios y serviciales, la cena de 3 platos en el bistró también fue muy buena, al igual que el desayuno y la ubicación ... el hotel en sí es realmente muy malo. anticuado y ciertamente no lujoso y elegante como el sitio te haría creer. La habitación que teníamos realmente no estaba bien, vieja y destartalada, alfombra sucia, baño sucio con olor desagradable a aguas residuales, polvo y arañas por toda la habitación, una ducha en una bañera ... que no corría a través de enormes bosques de pelo en el pozo... no, realmente, muy mal, entiendo que si tienes un perro contigo realmente no obtienes la mejor habitación, pero rara vez nos han golpeado tan mal. Lo que también fue 'molesto' para nosotros fue que el gimnasio que se menciona en el sitio resultó no estar allí debido a una renovación... El hotel está en una hermosa ubicación y al personal no le importa, pero no volveremos.

Positivo: ubicación, entorno, relación precio/rendimiento Personal muy agradable, siempre accesible y disponible. Buen desayuno, habitación limpia. Negativo: muy pocas plazas de aparcamiento, sala de desayuno demasiado pequeña para el tamaño del hotel (desayunamos temprano, fue genial allí) Desafortunadamente, no hay enchufe adicional junto a la cama (posiblemente para equipos médicos) Conclusión: volveremos. En general, una buena relación calidad-precio con pequeñas debilidades perdonables.

Bem .. Por onde começamos. A entrada ainda estava bonita. As escadas acima já pareciam sujas, muita sujeira no tapete. E então chegamos ao nosso quarto. OK. Isso foi realmente engolir. Tapete sujo, pintura se soltou da parede e um chuveiro ainda mais sujo. Uma cortina de chuveiro que era amarela e mofada por todo o lugar. Cabelo de hóspedes anteriores incluídos gratuitamente. Havia também um cheiro de esgoto. Felizmente, as camas eram confortáveis, o que compensava isso. Relatamos isso na recepção. Lá eles só puderam confirmar. Há uma reforma em andamento e, de acordo com a recepcionista, fomos os últimos hóspedes a ficar neste quarto. Isso é de se esperar, porque pagar mais de 160 euros por essa qualidade é realmente muito abaixo do padrão. Café-da-manhã foi bom, embora suco fresco é de se esperar em um hotel 4 estrelas em vez de fazer suco.

Hotel é claramente passado o seu auge. Parece estar em reforma, mas achatamento é melhor. Os quartos são antigos, cansados e, na verdade, não é mais possível. O bar é anti-social, a cerveja acabou, sem suco de laranja. O café da manhã, por outro lado, era bom. Localização bonita com Chateaux Marquette como uma imagem no final da entrada. El hotel está claramente pasado de moda. Parece estar en renovación, pero es mejor aplanarlo. Las habitaciones son viejas, gastadas y en realidad ya no es posible. El bar es insociable, se acabó la cerveza, no hay jugo de naranja. El desayuno, por otro lado, estaba bien. Ubicación hermosa con Chateaux Marquette como una imagen al final del camino de entrada. Pero por lo demás es una gloria marchita. Solo el estacionamiento con el contenedor de basura abarrotado y basura por todas partes es una razón para dar la vuelta. Cómo obtuvieron 4 estrellas es un misterio para mí.

Bueno, por dónde empezamos. La entrada todavía se veía bien. Las escaleras que subían ya se veían sucias, mucha suciedad en la alfombra. Y luego llegamos a nuestra habitación. Bueno. Eso fue realmente tragar. Alfombra sucia, pintura suelta de la pared y una ducha aún más sucia. Una cortina de baño amarilla y con moho por todas partes. Cabello de huéspedes anteriores incluido sin cargo. También había un olor a cloaca. Afortunadamente, las camas eran cómodas, lo que lo compensó. Informamos esto a la recepción. Allí solo pudieron confirmarlo. Se está realizando una renovación y, según la recepcionista, fuimos los últimos huéspedes en quedarnos en esta habitación. Eso es de esperar, porque pagar más de 160 euros por esta calidad está realmente muy por debajo del estándar. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque es de esperar jugo fresco en un hotel de 4 estrellas en lugar de hacer jugo.

Os quartos são datados, manchas no chão e, em geral, o quarto tem todos os tipos de cheiros estranhos. Você simplesmente não pode segurar os atributos do banheiro com uma mão porque há muita folga. O quarto não contém um ar condicionado controlável, conforme indicado no site. Não há nada a criticar sobre o serviço prestado pela equipe, é excelente. O café da manhã também é acima da média saboroso. No geral, é adequado, mas se você preferir ficar em um quarto limpo, eu procuraria.

Las habitaciones están anticuadas, hay manchas en el suelo y, en general, la habitación tiene todo tipo de olores extraños. Simplemente no puedes sostener los atributos del baño con una mano porque hay mucho suelto. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado controlable como se indica en el sitio web. No hay nada que criticar sobre el servicio brindado por el personal, es excelente. El desayuno de la mañana también es sabroso por encima de la media. En general, es adecuado, pero si prefiere estar en una habitación limpia, buscaría.

One of the worst experiences I have had for the price. Pictures on website suggest a much different state of affairs than what was found. VERY run down rooms, beds on wheels that roll around at night (very much not suggested for "active" sleepers, quite high chance of injury), generally vibing along the post-soviet youth lodging I've experienced before in eastern europe. Had breakfast once. Pancakes were so hard, I was scared to put the bite back down on the plate, for fear of breaking it. Else it was on par with any cheap hotel. Staff was generally friendly, but very much not professional. I enjoyed the fact that chaos and incompetence was blamed on technical systems. The only redeeming factor was the barkeep, who seemed to enjoy presenting all beers at once, without checking for preferences. At least that gave a chance to choose something less sobering than the two night stay.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful area of the woods of Heemskerk. The reception is clean and friendly staff. The hotel seems dated and some of the rooms have been renovated. Our room had a shower. And for an upgrade to a room with bath was no better option. Because these rooms have not been renovated jet. We enjoyed a drink outside in the garden and a plater of dutch snacks where complemantory of the house. Which was a welcome feeling. We choose this hotel, because we had a reservation at Michelin restaurant Apicius. And we would certainly advice you to have dinner there. It is an absolute winner! A taxi will bring you there for about €20. Oke, back to the hotel; the beds are comfortable. The hall can be a little noisy. But we had a good night. We did mis a minibar with drinks and snacks. But the bar is open until 23.00pm. The next morning we enjoyed breakfast in a remodelled barn. And everything was fresh. Except for the orange jus. Overall view was oke, but I would suggest to renovate the whole hotel to todays standarts and needs of an ever growing guest, with more wishes.

Spontaneously booked and expectations exceeded. Nice hotel, attentive staff, bathroom with a bathtub 🤩 and free parking. Nice area/park with castle, located not far from the beach and the town. Bike rental at the hotel. Great breakfast with good Covid-19 hygiene concept. Will definitely come back.

Decent hotel in a beautiful location with friendly staff.We stayed here for one night. Rented a bicycle to get to Heemskerk, about 3 minutes distance. Staff is helpful and friendly, recommend a good place to eat in the city. Breakfast buffet was really nice, however the juice options were a let down. Indicated as fresh but absolute not. I would recommend they remove the array of juices and just provide fresh orange juice. Room itself was decent, but quite some room for improvement. Before checkout we walked around in the forest on the estate area. Quite beautiful.All in all the location helps a lot with the decent rooms. Some room for improvement. Finally location on Google Maps is incorrect, adjusted and waiting for review. Currently this is pinned on the castle with restaurant. The hotel is a 300 metres back on the same road on the little sideroad from the main.

Very friendly, helpfull and polite staff. The rooms are a bit retro, but clean and pleasently furnished. Most of the photos are actually of the castle, which houses the restaurant and meeting venues. Breakfastroom and a bar are situated in the hotel though. For the prices asked, the hotel is quite good. I will go there again next year.

Habitaciones grandes y bien. Desayunos muy buenos. Baño con bañera y dificultad para entrar porque tiene mucha altura. No hay ascensor. Entrada al hotel desde carretera principal muy poco luz y trieste sobre todo de noche.

Very quaint hotel, nice location. Breakfast was awesome, so many options and great service. We rented bikes and rode in the dunes to the sea, although directions to the dunes from Clerk were not to clear, we eventually found our way! The only negative thing I can say, is that the overall cleanliness of the room was not the best, carpets were not vacuumed. There was also a weird high pitched whining sound at night, we think may have been from pipes for hot water??

Booked it online and the photos were definitely over-selling. It is decent, however. Friendly staff. The hotel would need a refurbishment, but the castle is absolutely fantastic. The simple drive in the hotel is very nice. Very peaceful and quiet. For those who are going to visit Amsterdam by car, it's less then 30mins.
