“O pessoal da limpeza os tem assediado, a partir das 8 horas da manhã, batendo na porta do quarto mais de uma vez para limpar, e até abrindo a porta sem permissão! ! Enquanto limpavam outros quartos, eles também riam e conversavam alto no corredor do lado de fora da porta, muito mal educados e pouco profissionais. Na hora de solicitar as faturas da empresa, o pessoal do balcão era muito hostil e a qualidade do alojamento era péssima, por isso não o recomendo!”
