“Bastante cutre para ser un NH y mucho más de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones viejas, baño viejo, teléfono ni funcionaba, tuve que avisar de que cerraran la puerta que comunicaba habitaciones, me metí en la habitación de al lado con gente dentro al abrir una puerta de mi habitación. Dejamos una almohada a los pies de la cama, e hicieron la cama por encima de ella, sin retirarla.... Muy subrealista. Lo único bueno las vistas”

“I had a reservation with their hotel and I cancelled it by mistake wanting to cancel another one... I called the hotel a minute later and spoke to a very nice girl who told me that she would keep the room for me, that I shouldn't worry, that they would keep the reservation with the same conditions and everything ok... At night they sent me an email saying that they would no longer keep my reservation.... Very disappointing. It' s just that now the price is more expensive and with the advance I booked it was cheaper. But not everything is money in this life, and if you work to offer a service to the public it is important to take care of the clients and have a commitment with them...It seems that they prefer to win 50€ more for the same room and that I write this bad review... To me it seems very bad management and ridiculous service.”
