Bom atendimento e os quartos são espaçosos, os canais de TV são um pouco limitados uma vez que a maioria é espanhola como tal visiantes de outros países ficam quase sem escolha. O bar tem uma esplananda "encaixada" entre o hotel e a construção limite que faz com que seja um espaço bastante calmo. Dada a zona onde se encontra é um hotel essencialmente dé trabalho e não para quem se encontre de férias.

Escolhi o hotel por ser dos poucos com SPA e piscina na zona de Madrid, quando íamos usufruir não estava disponível. O ar condicionado só dava frio, tivemos de dormir com a janela do quarto aberta. O hotel tem um aspecto um pouco abandonado. O pequeno almoço estava bom.

Estuve en la fiesta de una amiga celebrándolo en una de las salas. El sitio de lujo, estuvimos muy a gusto, pero lo mejor fue la atención, la profesionalidad y la amabilidad de una camarera que nos atendió en todo momento y que estuvo muy pendiente de nuestro bienestar. Quiero dar las gracias a Isabel. Fue una auténtica profesional en todos los sentidos. Da gusto encontrar a gente tan servicial y agradable en todos los sentidos. Un saludo

Estuve alojado el pasado fin de semana en el hotel. Habitación excelente, desayuno impecable con las camareras con un trato difícil de mejorar. El sábado celebramos un evento en uno de los salones del hotel con un cóctel del que todos salimos muy contentos , por cantidad, calidad y trato recibido. Nos pasó a saludar la directora , Leticia para comprobar que estaba todo según lo acordado y le dimos la enhorabuena por todo. Sin duda recomendable y para repetir.

Habitación correcta. Buena ubicación (paradas de autobuses bien cerca en 15 min estás en Plaza Castilla, salida a la autovía a nada). Lo mejor, la amabilidad y atenciones del personal, sobre todo los camareros del restaurante. Desayuno buffet muy variado.

Estuvimos en una reunión de amigos en uno de los muchos salones del hotel y recibimos un trato extraordinario, un cóctel de altura y unas instalaciones perfectas. La directora del hotel, Leticia, tuvo la deferencia de acercarse a saludar y comprobar que todo estaba según lo acordado. Muy recomendable para celebraciones y alojamiento. Sin duda repetiremos experiencia

Room facilities not checked before check in (eg safe box not working). In general clean and nice room. Personally would like to have kettle and coffee/tea available in the room.

Excepcional atención recibida por todo el equipo en una espectacular terraza, con huerto incluido. Camareros, comida, servicio, entorno... Lo mejor de todo, la directora Leticia. Una gran profesional. Nos atendieron de maravilla a una treintena de personas. Estupenda relación calidad/precio.

He celebrado recientemente un evento en el hotel. Sin duda una gran elección. Desde la información para organizarlo, siempre atentos y disponibles . Nos han aportado sus ideas y han sido receptivos a los cambios solicitados. La decoración del salón y la limpieza del mismo un 10. El trato del personal asignado al mismo siempre pendiente y congran profesionalidad lo han realizado. La calidad de la comida espectacular, estando todo como se había solicitado y con un sabory presentacion espectacular. Desde que entramos al hotelhasta que abandonamos el mismo hemos recibido un excelente trato. Sin duda recomendable para cualquier celebración.

Es la segunda vez que lo visito, siempre para pasar un fin de semana. En ambas ocasiones la habitación está limpia, el personal es muy amable y atienden siempre a todas nuestras dudas. Puedes pedir comida a domicilio, y tienes que bajar a recepción a recogerlo. El Spa de momento está cerrado pero antes del Covid pudimos probarlo 10/10 Tienes cafetera y hervidor de agua para hacerte un té Tiene unos supermercados cerca para comprar cualquier cosa Y paradas de bus que te llevan a Plaza Castilla en 15 min La única pega que le podría es que el colchón para mi gusto es duro. En general es un sitio muy tranquilo y lo recomiendo totalmente

Hotel was well located for where I had to conduct my business. Room was adequate and clean with all steps taken considering COVID. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The rooms are nice, but if you are eating dinner and it's not buffet style, better go someplace else. It's not that it's terrible, but we spent 1hour 45 minutes waiting on veggie cream, leftover chicken from the lunch buffet, and a plate of sliced fruit. Insane. The staff could be nicer in reception and more open to help. When I arrived a lady was basically panicking about her purse disappearing and the man at reception was almost bluntly trying to shake her off saying no one had left the hotel and that she surely had left it in her room. Rude much?

Have lived in this hotel multiple times, ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks. The hotel services are really nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly while at the same time making sure that the appropriate rules are followed. The hotel building in itself is very beautifully decorated and the rooms are very well laid out and give ample space to the resident. I enjoyed living at this hotel on every visit. The hotel is also surrounded by good options for restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The public transport (Bus) stop is very close to the hotel too. The breakfast is very good and lots of options to choose from. The restaurant staff is very helpful and will prepare fried eggs or something similar if you need. I have to be very thankful to the restaurant staff for letting me have breakfast during closing time, etc. Overall a lovely experience and i would visit again here for sure.
