Ubicación perfecta, casi pegado a la Catedral. Personal muy atento y servicial. Parking concertado muy próximo al hotel con un precio muy razonable. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Ubicación privilegiada en un entorno tan especial como el casco antiguo de Salamanca. Podría ser un Parador perfectamente. Los desayunos como en todos los NH Collection de lo mejor que puedes ver en un 4*.

Visita a su terraza. Con vistas espectaculares, como se ve en la foto. Aunque el precio de la botella de agua fue desorbitado, el de un vino y una cerveza no nos pareció para nada caro para el marco en el que se encuentra la terraza y la tranquilidad que hay en ella (está en altura con respecto a la acera). Los trabajadores son hiper amables. Volveremos seguro.

Decepción. Contactamos con el hotel para celebrar allí la boda. Nos indicaron que Pilar Redondo era la encargada de los eventos. Intentamos concertar una visita en persona un sábado, ya que somos de fuera, y entre semana nos resultaba imposible. Se negó a que pudiésemos ir un sábado, ya que ella no trabaja los sábados, solo de lunes a viernes. Nos ofrecimos a ir nosotros, sin que ella estuviese pero se negó también. Nos mandó únicamente una fotografía de la sala donde celebraríamos la boda y nos indicó que celebran gran cantidad de bodas. Para nosotros no fue suficiente ya que es un día muy especial y que se vive una vez en la vida. Fue muy educada pero nada empática. La única opción que nos dio fue firmar un precontrato, abonar una cantidad de dinero y esperar a la prueba del menú para conocer el hotel y hablar en persona o ir un sábado cuando fuese otra pareja. Lo siento pero no puedo recomendar el lugar.RESPUESTA AL PROPIETARIO. Creo que te equivocas de pareja, hablamos con Pilar por teléfono una vez, después nos mandó un email con los servicios que ofrecéis y una foto de una sala preciosa con gran cantidad de columnas. Y una segunda vez en la que insistimos en hablar en persona, se negó y finalmente nos ofreció avisarnos cuando fuese otra pareja un sábado al hotel. No hubo ninguna opción de cita por su parte ni información extra. Ni siquiera pedimos más información.

Hemos disfrutado de un trato excelente en un entorno tan bonito! Desde el patio tan agradable, hasta la comida en el comedor privado, y la atención de todo el personal y en especial de Nuria, han convertido el fin de semana en una experiencia maravillosa.

Recientemente estuvimos en un evento, mi hermana es minusválida con silla de ruedas. Al llegar a la entrada y ver todas esas escaleras expuse mi problema en recepción, se disculparon diciendo que por problemas arquitectónicos no se puede hacer nada. La única solución que me dieron fue que a la salida lo hiciéramos por la parte de atrás que hay menos escaleras. Primero: por humanidad, ayuda para subir. Segundo:cuando publicitan sus maravillas, añadan también la nula accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida y los clientes lo tengamos en cuenta. Gracias por su falta de sensibilidad.

This hotel is truly amazing! I needed a short trip to clear my mind and explore a bit out of Madrid, so I booked a trip to Salamanca a few days ago. I chose this hotel as it looked well located. As soon as I walked in the street I realized it was a great option, the building is beautiful... literally a Nobility Palace. Moreover from the moment you arrive, the staff greets you and treats you like a VIP. I felt welcomed from the very beginning. Miguel Angel from the front desk made sure I was getting my room as quickly as possible and make sure I got the room I booked. I chose a room with a view and gosh WHAT a VIEW! If you can afford a few dollars more that's the option to have in mind, I got a room with view to San Estevan and it was truly magical. At some point I didn't want to leave the room. I got my chair in front of the window and was very productive. I even got my coffee and some ham/wine looking at the changing sky over the church. The room was very modern and comfortable. The whole building is really nice and I you feel in a renaissance palace. I would definitely will come back here... for the attention and the increased productivity!

Incrível! Melhor lugar para se hospedar. Nh Collection tem um excelente padrão em qualquer lugar do mundo. Estive em Roma, Amsterdam e Berlim, todos atendem ao valor importante de proporcionar uma excelente estadia ao hóspede. As Amenidades te proporcionam conforto, a Equipe atenciosa e pronta a ajudar o cliente. Tivemos um problema pessoal que foi prontamente resolvido pela equipe do Hotel.Agradecemos especialmente a Elda e a responsável pelo desjejum. Isso sem contar a localização incrível vc não precisará de nenhum transporte. SUPER RECOMENDO. A vista dos quartos, imbatível.

Un hotel muy bonito en un antiguo palacio castellano. Es DogFriendly pero te cobran 35€ por noche como extra por el perro. Me parece un abuso. No entiendo por qué cobran extra con los perros.

hospedado aqui em uma viagem de negócios. Buffet de café-da-manhã estava incluído no preço do quarto. Ótimo café da manhã; os sucos de frutas são todos espremidos na hora. Se você tiver um carro, estacione em frente ao hotel na área designada e a recepção irá estacionar o carro para você se você decidir pagar pelo estacionamento no hotel. Ótimo serviço de arrumação.

Stayed here on a business trip. Breakfast buffet was included in the room price. Great breakfast; the fruit juices are all freshly squeezed. If you have a car, park in front of the hotel in the designated area and the front desk will park the car for you if you decide to pay for parking at the hotel. Great housekeeping service.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo a pasar el fin de semana y salimos encantados. El hotel es precioso, está ubicado en un palacio del siglo XVI. Estuvimos muy a gusto en la habitación, la cama es cómodisima y el baño está muy limpio. Además, tienen servicio de aparcacoches, un lujo. El chico que nos atendió era muy muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hemos hecho aquí la cena de Navidad. Siempre es un acierto, el precio es algo más alto que la media pero yo sinceramente prefiero pagar un poco más y comer de 10, que pagar 25 euros por el típico menú que comes mal y poco. Es la segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos fijo.

Buen trato por parte del personal. Amabilidad educación y buen servicio. Hemos realizado un evento y pedimos decorarel salón, hacer una proyección.. y sin problema se nos facilitó todo. La velada estuvo de diez. La comida exquisita. De calidad, sabor, elaboración… Sin duda muy recomendable para eventos.

Bonito edificio en el centro de Salamanca. La habitación en la que me alojaron tenía mucho ruido por la noche especialmente algún aparato se ponía en función y resultaba bastante molesto. Solo estuve una noche si no hubiera solicitado cambio de habitación. El espacio entre el lavabo y la ducha era pequeño e incómodo para salir de ella. Los desayunos desde la pandemia han empeorado en todos los hoteles NH

I'm a little torn with this one, as the hotel is incredibly beautiful and has an amazing location, but some of the staff must be the most unfriendly I've met in my life. Not all of them were like that, though. We had an issue with the suite we booked (I'll not go into the details as that's not fair toward the hotel), but we were not offered an apology, only that they'll change the room and that was the best they could do. Also, internet is SLOW, I think it's the usual hotel internet, but I'm talking about 3Mbps. Getting the business internet took multiple calls to their support, and they were very helpful, but that didn't work all the time either. The hotel staff promised to call, but when I returned he simply said the office was closed, which was of course not true, because their internet support is 24/7 and I called myself afterwards and got it resolved. It's those small things that I believe shouldn't be in a 4 star hotel

Fine hotel with high service grade and high standards. During my stay unfortunately I had to coop with no air-conditioning. When I asked the hotel staff about it they replied that tomorrow it would be a cold day again. So in that regard the hotel and it's guests would simply have to put up with this one hot day. I unfortunately regret spending my money here.

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a duplex suite, which had a great bed. The area is just stunning and I'm just sad I couldn't spend longer in Salamanca! Breakfast was included and made fresh to order. Had a great omlette

A big thank you to the staff who made our stay exceptional. The receptionist was lovely and very patient in guiding us to parking avoiding roadworks and in obliging us with a room with a great view for our anniversary. The wait staff in the dining room were superb- very personal attention despite being run off their feet in adapting the service to COVID protocols. The only qualm is the room itself, which, despite having spectacular views, is not very well noise insulated and we were woken up a number of times by noises and footsteps from the room above. A good pair of earplugs should solve that though. Everything else was flawless. Perfectly situated and a beautiful building.
