“Ideally situated mid-way between downtown and the marina and close to the subway. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bedding comfortable even though they start showing the signs of (ab)use. I had an issue with the faucet in my room and it took the staff two days and my reiterated complaining at the front desk for having it (kind) of fixed... This is not the level of service one would expect from a 4* hotel ! The breakfast buffet is good.”

“Nice and beautifully designed hotel. The 365 restaurant setting is superb. But all fresh vegetables have sand in them, be watchful while chewing as you will be grinding the tiny sands🥲🥲🥲 chef do something about this.
