“Have stayed quite a few times. Rooms nice and clean, food is excellent. Always find service at the bar and waiting team very slow. Normally staff very friendly however terrible experience last night. All staff except one young lady (who was superb) were utterly miserable, and unfriendly including the guy in charge, very disappointing. Unlikely to return.”
