“Booked an executive room 2 months in advance and was told on arrival that there where none available. finally got to the room which had dirty carpets and the sofa bed wasn’t made up even with my request before hand. We arrived at 12 and they didn’t make the sofa bed up till 17:30 despite asking several times. We ate in the restaurant the first night and where horrified the food was clearly microwaved as it was cold round the edge, lukewarm in the middle and tasted disgusting the same applies to the breakfast the fried eggs where overcooked and there was no decaf tea.
I was very disappointed as I have stayed here many times before and am shocked how quickly it has gone downhill. Will not be staying again”

“Decent hotel at a cheaper rate close to the Waterloo station (on Lambeth road). You can walk down to pretty much everywhere in Central London from here. The fitness centre with steam room and sauna (is very small) but functional.”
