“Great stay, efficient staff, good food. During check in, we were told by the front desk manager that the slippers and laundry bag would be chargeable ! I am shocked that a hotel of your stature would charge a customer for such trivial items.So I assume that these disposable items are reused as a part of your eco-friendly policy.Thanks for this information, I would never ever use a hotel laundry bag or disposable bathroom slippers again from a personal hygiene perspective!”
